Saying that I do agree it seems overpriced. I wouldn’t consider that a good deal where I live and I live in the South East.Sure the view is nice but it’s not worth that much money and as we know from threads on here you should consider such a view of a temporary bonus.0 -

Septic tank is brilliant - we have one and in 15 years have had no trouble with it and it has saved us thousands in sewage charges. Emptying costs less than £100 a year. Biomass boiler might be an issue for many people however, and the place looks like it needs a fair bit of updating. All looks very old fashioned to me, and I'm 70!0

On average property is falling £1000 per week now, so you have to get ahead of the falls and everyone is also trying to get ahead of them so you have to be way under every other seller who is trying to lower prices as wellSo many people are too late lowering asking prices, you have to get ahead of the falls0
