But octo aid is shockingly bad at predictions and should not be recommended imo

Weirdly I did not get the invitation to the savings hour on Sunday (but I did get one for the one last Thursday).  I am on Agile.

The emoncms works best, the closer the red line to green the cheaper. Although a bit like with weather forecast, good for 2-3 days in advance, rough idea beyond that. When there's more energy available than needed (Wd->Th night) then very likely prices will be negative.
Anyway the entire week from tomorrow looks exceptionally good.

I got invitations for both, but didn't have to sign up for the Sunday session so guess that once you've signed up you are authomatically included ...

Same here, no notification of Sunday's session (read about it here) having had confirmation of the previous session. @MikeyPGT is correct that you only need to sign up once and are then automatically included in all future sessions unless you subsequently opt out.
