I got them to change my billing date to 1st month. I send them a manual reading then as well. Whether it's my manual reading that triggers the bill or whether it would come anyway, I do always get one.

Billing has become a bit more of a moveable feast, lately, presumably because of the extra demands on resources from acquiring Shell. It doesn't bother me much, as all the live data available allows me to see if anything has gone  awry along the way. So far, just the one day data glitch. I can live with that.

In another thread one poster is reporting gaps in place of zero readings, starting from the 20th. That could well explain what I'm seeing.

It appears to be something Octopus have done which is affecting the various apps that pull data from them using the API keys. Hopefully they will sort it otherwise it's going to be impossible to check whether we truly have missing data. Last thing I want is my usage being averaged when I'm filling my batteries at cheap or negative rates.

Could be why we are still waiting for our August bill and others I think whilst they sort this out?

What date are you normally billed on? This appears to have happened in the last 3 days.
