Could be why we are still waiting for our August bill and others I think whilst they sort this out?Slinky said:It appears to be something Octopus have done which is affecting the various apps that pull data from them using the API keys. Hopefully they will sort it otherwise it's going to be impossible to check whether we truly have missing data. Last thing I want is my usage being averaged when I'm filling my batteries at cheap or negative rates.
What date are you normally billed on? This appears to have happened in the last 3 days.0 -
Although I am a big fan of Octopus their billing side really does seem to let them down - I have to beg for an electricity statement every month as they always seem to need some 'manual checks'. This month they randomly credited me with a 3p payment on my prepay gas meter then took it off again with no explanation after I queried it!MP1995 said:

Deep seated hatred of Scottish Power and all who sail in her - would love to see Ofgem grow a pair and actually do something about it.0 -
Cracks are starting to show after such a rapid expansion. I hope they get a handle on it - it's useful to have a 'good' supplier to point at when discussing failures at other suppliers, particularly when the good one makes the software that a lot of the others use.MikeyPGT said:

Given the size they have grown to and the work their billing system has to do to work out agile bills rather than just a monthly start / end read, it isn't that surprising things are starting to creek a little.I'm sure they will sort it.1

Yes as I have said many times before they have grown too fast and that's apparent. Strange it's their billing side given their Kraken system.MikeyPGT said:

I am going to wait this out see what happens, or doesn't just so I know in future.1 -

As a newish customer on variable direct debit they have been fine generating bills every month and giving me a couple of weeks notice for the DD plus another reminder just before it is taken. They can sometimes be a bit slow generating the daily Agile spend update. Mass change overs from another database might prove difficult, I guess. When it settles down, hopefully there will be so much money floating into the system that they can offer some properly competitive tariffs.0

What's not competitive about Agile?wrf12345 said:As a newish customer on variable direct debit they have been fine generating bills every month and giving me a couple of weeks notice for the DD plus another reminder just before it is taken. Looking at Nord Pool, looking like free electricity (tomorrow) all day until 4pm. I call that competitive.

I've read on a FB group that Octopus have identified the problem with missing data and are hoping to implement a solution to the missing slots next week.
