Hope the issue isn't a deal breaker for the buyer

I ran my wm at 2 different temps for the same type of wash as I wondered if the save would be worth losing the temp of the wash. Believe it or not the hotter wash used a little less power than the cooler wash. There may well have been an error in the plug thing I used but not that much!

Lovely sunny day. Had a really good weekend with my sister and her family. I am attached to a 24 hour ecg monitor until later today. Once I’ve removed it and dropped it back to the hospital I am going to buy a tape measure so I can measure up for a new washing machine & get one ordered. B-in-law recommended a supplier who are currently offering free delivery, free installation including pulling out and detaching the old one, then £25 to take the old one away. This is ideal for me as I would probably put my back out trying to move the old machine 🤣
Then I need to go to aldee.

hey SYA - glad you had a nice visit and hope the 24hr tape goes well x sounds like a good deal from the company your BiL recommended - if it’s a well known supplier beginning w ‘C’ they also offer interest free payments spread over a year I think x

Thanks Suze it’s a national company but not beginning with C. I am going to use the diy pot. Not sure I would get credit with no income.
Feeling tired now. Did a quick wash & hung out to dry. Machine only cut out once but have now unplugged it and will not use again. Did a bit of weeding, only 20 minutes just to make it look like I was doing something on the ECG monitor 🤣 Took the monitor back. Went to s fix for tape measure £3.89 from diy pot. Went to Aldee spent £44.17 including meat, cheese, eggs, butter, nuts, 70% choc, veg, fruit, salad. Home for lunch then to my friends for cuppa.
I will check the size of the new machine once more in the morning before ordering. (I know I’m over cautious and have already checked twice 🤦♀️). I need to clear the stuff all over the floor in the kitchen/ diner from the cupboard of doom so they can get it in 🤣

SYa, very good advice to yourself, measure twice, cut once (or in your case buy once) 😉

Thanks Tresinia 😊 I have checked again and ordered my new machine. I signed up for their newsletter and got a 10% off code as well as free delivery (can have next day but I chose the weekend), free installation including pulling out / disconnecting and removing the old machine and £25 to take the old one & all packaging away for recycling. The 10% off more than covered that. Let’s hope they live up to the promises🤞

Thanks Tresinia 🤞
Very grey this morning after a couple of sunny days but the temperature is 17.5 degrees so heating is mostly off now apart from 30 mins around shower time and 30 mins in the evening when the temperature drops.
Have booked aquafit this morning then off to my friends for a cuppa this afternoon. Have been doing a bit of weeding each day and it’s starting to show. I’m clearing the kitchen/ diner tomorrow so they can get the new washing machine in and will bag up stuff for the tip and put it in my car boot out of the way.
Blood tests are back and sugar levels have reduced, not sure how that happened 🎂🍰🧁🍫🍪🍩🫣 but one other result is slightly raised so I have to repeat that particular blood test in 2 weeks. Still waiting for ECG results. Am not going to worry myself even though I did look it up then wished I hadn’t !!

Sugar levels may have dropped back because your stress levels are easing perhaps? Also, I think you forget how good your base eating habits are now - compared to most people I suspect you eat a LOT less sugar and refined carbs of any kind.
Well done on the weeding - slow and steady wins the race (or in this case gets the boring job done!) 😊
