Shrove Tuesday: what are you having on your pancakes?

Funny how I don't like pancakes but I would not say no to a Yorkshire pudding! No man is worth crawling on this earth.
So much to read, so little time.0 -
Pancakes will be the ‘main meal’ here. Crepe style, with traditional lemon and sugar on some, and then banana, blueberries and maple syrup on others.0

What's on your pancake menu for Shrove Tuesday 2025?
My wife - who is from Belgium - is very particular about pancakes and won't let me make them, as my efforts are not up to her standards.Official MSE Forum Team member. Please report all problem posts to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com2 -

I had mine with the traditional lemon juice and sugar but used up the leftover ones savoury style. Rolled up like cannelloni tubes, filled with leftover chilli, sprinkle of grated cheese on top and frozen. These will make a quick h/m ready meal with salad. The best of both worlds.
