Afternoon all.
Worked in the office this morning and just finishing up at home.
Stopped off a Lid! on the way home and picked up a free chocolate muffin for Mr SA.
Today's exercise is walking to/from work, Rick day 4 and ClubFit at 6pm. I thought the Zumba instructor was back tonight but sadly not, hopefully next week. ClubFit is good but not a patch on Zumba.
Tonight's dinner is a portion of black bean stew left over from Monday.
The young cat woke me up at 3am wanting to go out. By the time I'd got out of bed she'd done a massive poop in my office, the smell was horrendous! So that was me at 3am cleaning it up. Fortunately I went straight back to sleep until it was time to get up less than 2 hours later. I wouldn't mind but there's a cat litter tray downstairs for overnight use. I think I'll start closing the office door at night even though she loves to sleep on my chair.
Mr SA has produced another watch that needs a battery. I've told him no more after this one as that will be 3 at £5 a pop.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)5 -

I’ve got visions of Mr SA…..a bit like the old comedy shows. Wearing all his watches at once and pulling his coat sleeve up showing them off to the world like the black market spiffs 😂😂😂

Morning all, happy Friday eve.
WFH today so had a lovely leisurely start to the day reading with a coffee.
Very small Mr M delivery arrived at 6.30 and didn't take long to put away. They were doing 1kg bags of red lentils for £1 instead of £2.50 so bought 2. I already have a good stock of red lentils but I get through a lot too so will get used up in due course. I prefer splitting my delivery into two smaller orders so will keep it up as it's all included in my mid week delivery pass.
Today's exercise plan is:- Taking the dog on the park later this morning
- Live HIIT session at 12.30
- GFWR advent challenge day 5 (absolutely loving this!)
- Live strength training session at 5.30
On the to do list for today:- Give the bathroom a good clean (been trying to do this all week but there's always someone in there showering!)
- Vacuum and steam mop all floors
- Ironing
- Tidy up toiletries stash
- Write Christmas cards
- Spanish lessons
- Surveys
- Order a new strap for my FitBit before the current one falls to bits
- Book someone to clean the stairs/landing carpet
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)3 -
We need to book someone in to clean the carpets again. They have started looking grubby in places.
Think it will wait until after Christmas now!!1
