Aw Cherryfudge that brings back memories of what me and my mum did before she passed away. She packed in smoking and put the money aside and twice a year we would go out shopping but spent most of the time just eating and talking. Miss those days.xx
    That's such a nice memory, @amber03

  • Sounds like you have a busy day planned. Hope the weather is ok for your market. Its very murky and overcast here.  I need to take GKs Advent calendars down later, as well. Luckily they only live 5 mins walk away.
Can't deicide whether to put Christmas decs up this year or not.  We won't be here and I'm not sure if I can face having to put them all away, when we get home.  DH says he doesn't mind going into loft to get them, but then he won't help put them up or take them down....lol.

My suggestion is to put up enough to make it look like you might be there. So stuff in the windows, lights on timers etc, but only where they are visible - not the whole lot.
