Glad to here Mr SA is ok after his fall. Does he do it delibertely when you are out socialising?

He does seem to have them when he doesn't want you to do something.
Goad you had a nice time though. That's a very decent cocktail price. The cheapest I've seen is 2 for £15 recently.

Sun_Addict said:Sat down with a coffee, took my jacket off and realised my new bracelet had gone 🙁 Checked my bag, rang Mr SA to get him to check the shopping bag but no luck. I’ve only had it a week. It was only £10 from the garden centre but I really liked it. So annoying.Lancashire

How is the cat?
And I'm sorry to hear about your bracelet and Mr SA's fall. Nice that you had some time for yourself though.I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)
The sun's been out and I think I’m solar powered (Onebrokelady)

Sorry to hear about DS cat, so sad and i hope your cat is also ok.
Once again no words regarding Mr SA wanting to go swimming and wanting a new bag!
Hope you have a lovely weekend xx2 -
I wonder whether Mr SA gets nervous when you're away/out of your usual routine, and that makes him more susceptible as he's not paying as much attention as usual (and I know that's not a great deal of attention at the best of times)??? Not that he'd admit to it.
Glad you enjoyed your "me time". Sad that you lost your bracelet. What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?3 -
Happy Saturday everyone 🥂
This morning took the dog on the park combined with litter picking. Filled a large swing bin liner as haven’t been over there since Wednesday. Will be glad when the kids go back to school as they clearly need educating in what a litter bin is for 🤬
Then went to the big (ish) Mr T, dropped off the soft plastic recycling, battery recycling plus bra recycling (getting rid of old tatty ones replaced by the super boulder holders purchased recently). Was very happy to see the jeans were on 25% off as desperately needed to replace my skinny ultra comfort ones and they finally have some in my size 🥳 The ultra comfort jeans are amazing, so soft and comfortable.DS and the GKs arrived after lunch and I finally got my birthday present.Had a lovely soak in the bath after plant watering. Managed to get hold of some B@ded@s on offer yesterday, bliss. Also noticed a strange candle in the bathroom which I suspect is a result of DD’s recent bedroom decluttering session.Tonight’s dinner is Moroccan style veggie burger with wedges and salad. Prosecco has been in the fridge since first thing.Today’s exercise had been just over 15,000 steps. The older cat is fine today thank goodness, she must’ve temporarily hurt her leg when she fell.Memories of my dear mom today as it’s 24 years since she passed, still miss and think about her every day 🙁I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7 -
