Very sorry about DS's cat.  Yous son gave the cat every chance but sometimes it's just not possible to recover.
oh my goodness to the swimming hold-all pester and tantrum.  You really do have a lot to contend with from MrSA!

Oh SA I'm sorry to hear about DS's cat - as you say though it's the last good thing you can do for them isn't it, to ensure that they feel as little pain as possible. Well done him for making the right call for his furry pal.

Has DD got a new date for her op or has it just been left hanging?

I am so sorry to hear about your ds cat. It is a hard time for them especially the children although the youngsters will probably recove faster.

I dont know how you cope with mr SA and can only admire you.

She’s back on the waiting list now. She’s been told to go to A&E if it gets bad but she’s not concerned at the moment as it’s mainly fleeting pain.

All I can say is thank goodness for gin 🤣

Seriously though I don’t know how I cope with him most of the time. I’m quite good at switching off and letting things just wash over my head thankfully.

Forgot to say I picked up the new trainers from the local Mr T yesterday. So far so good, they are a very pale grey so maybe not the best coming into the Autumn/Winter, we’ll see. Will test them out properly walking to work on Monday.

Also bought some new bras, pack of 3 t-shirt ones from MnS a couple of weeks ago. Had one on today, all I can say is great scaffolding, I couldn’t see my feet 🤣🤣

I assume the special gin's secret hiding place has not yet been discovered by Mr SA?

That's so sad about them losing the cat. They must have felt they were on the road to recovery, then for things to deteriorate is terrible.

I'm glad you managed to deflect Mr SA with the bag he already has.
