Forgot to add a couple of money saving things:

Free sauté pan from the GF subscription arrived yesterday. It’s huge and very good quality.

Took part in the 🐙 free electricity hour by charging my toothbrush, lamp, phone, iPad, vacuum cleaner battery, lawnmower battery, Mr SA’s phone and Mr SA’s scooter. Also ran both the dishwasher and washing machine on a maintenance wash.

I'm with the same energy company but it didn't seem to make much difference to switch our tariff. However, reading about all the free electricity you're getting, I'm thinking I might need to look at that again!

I don’t think you need to switch tariffs just have a smart meter. We are just on the normal tariff. If you have a smart meter it’s worthwhile getting the app because there are deals and freebies on there.

The littering annoys me as well.  There's no excuse for it!  We litter pick too (not as frequently as you) so hopefully my two won't be like that!

This rings a bell: I'm wondering if we tried for a smart meter and they weren't doing one at that point? I think only so many were being fitted, but it must be a while ago so we should think again. I love having an app where I can look out for freebies and the like! Thanks for the nudge. :)

I love the idea of a beach area in the garden :)

I often litter-pick around and about, and offload the litter into a street bin so I can carry on. After a very windy night just over a week ago, timed perfectly for recycling bins to be blown over, I think I filled and offloaded about 6 bin bags, and still hadn't cleared everything! Still, the doggie gets a very leisurely walk, which she thoroughly enjoys.

Hope the bracelet turns up somewhere unexpected for you.
Well done on sending Mr SA to Dd rather than changing your plans. It would have been different had he been badly hurt but I’m presuming he was mainly shaken.
