It depends what is causing the hayfever. Every spring mine is bad until one particular one of my neighbours mows his lawn. Then I'm alright. They have something brown growing in it, I don't know what, but once it has been mowed the first time everything is fine.

It could be dust in the office.
I'm always sneezing at work but fine again when I get in the car to come home 🙄2 -
I'm V allergic to specific plants (conifers and snapdragons and blasted sticky weed etc) but I don't suffer with general hayfever thankfully. Much sympathy to those who do.I had real problems with random facial swelling (trout mouth) last year, and found Alevia expensive but effective. Constant dry mouth though and absolutely no proseccoMy mortgage free diary: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6498069/whoops-here-comes-the-cheese

Happy Saturday 🥂
I’ve been really busy hence late posting.Did my usual ClubFit class this morning, then took the dog on the park followed by walking to the big Mr T for a paper and to recycle the soft plastics. 21,504 steps done. After lunch painted the small fence at the side of the drive. It was hard going as it was really windy but it’s done and looks a lot better. Next on the list is the gate that goes to the back garden. Then weeded part of the garden to make way for the bench that used to be elsewhere because I’m putting my sunbed where that used to be.Picked some more sugar snap peas and mangetout. On the saving money front sorted out a pot from the greenhouse to repot my wayward tradescantia, was going to buy a new pot so saved a few quid there. Had to smile because DD commented on how mad this plant had grown and has attributed it to it being in the kitchen where ‘that damn radio is constantly blaring out’ 🤣 It’s true I do have the radio on all day 😆DD is having her gall bladder removed on Friday - that was quick! She’s been told 2 weeks recovery so it’s looking very likely we’ll be going to Ibiza after all. She’s adamant she’ll be fine to look after the furries.Tonight’s dinner was veggie burger, wedges and salad. Rose cava has been opened 🥂I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)9 -

Almost finished my latest book The Accidental Husband by Jane Green. Really enjoying it but it’s very close to home as it’s about a bloke working away a lot who was found out to be living a double life with two families in two different parts of the country - exactly what my dad did 😢I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6
