I've found the slowest coriander variety to bolt is 'Calypso'. It has a lower growing point than other varieties, so unless there's a heatwave, it will usually stand repeat cutting before it bolts.

What's your gunpowder spice mix list please SA?

Cauliflower is so versatile, but those pouches of cauli-rice? YUK: sludgy yuk.

Hope DD's appointment goes well. Is she feeling stronger?
DD is loads better thank you.

    Gunpowder spice mix:
    1 tbsp garlic granules
    2 tbsp ground cumin
    2 tbsp ground coriander
    1 tsp chilli powder
    1.5 tsp bicarbonate of soda

This makes a fair bit so you can get a few goes out of it.

I did all ours SA and found it less onerous doing 1x hr bite size sessions after work - kind if enjoyed it in a way.  Wear visible headphones next time - good excuse to ignore passerbys
