That's a very useful post - we are off to Lanzarote in 3 weeks time and it hadn't occurred to me to pack insect repellent (the last time we needed it was in Scotland!) - something to add to my packing list.  Maybe we shouldn't be going 'hand luggage only'!

There aren’t loads it’s just that Mr SA seems to attract them wherever he goes, I think he takes them with him 😆

Just remembered what the mystery pending amount is on the cc - the keys I had cut at the machine in Mr T. It didn’t give me a receipt which is how I managed to forget. Thank goodness for that.

It's just occurred to me that's it's probably a bit sad that I was wondering whether someone I've never met found their bottle of sun cream. (No offence meant). I'm glad you did though - it will save you a few ££ and would have bothered me if it didn't turn up.

Nearly ready for this holiday now - I'm looking forward to seeing the pictures!

It’s midges here, I’m like cat nip to midges 😖 It’s a bit like being famous and the midges are like autograph hunters hanging around the back (stage) door for me to step out 😢. MrSA has my sympathies.

Morning all and a lovely sunny one it is too. Isn't that just typical after getting soaked yesterday!

WFH today. The Mr M delivery has been and all packed away. I had a £5 off voucher so used that. Quite a big delivery as the pet food needs to last until the next delivery on 1 May although DD would pick it up if we ran out. 

Taxis have been booked. Whether they'll take any notice of my note to the driver reminding him we'll be off the plane last as we have to wait for special assistance. It really annoys me that they always starts ringing me the moment we land asking where we are! I've requested that the driver meets us in arrivals as I'll need someone to help with the cases as I'll be pushing Mr SA in a wheelchair. Special assistance at Lanzarote airport are really good and stay with you until you're on the coach to the hotel. At our end special assistance abandon you at the luggage carousel 🙁

Now I just need to order the currency and 2 litres of gin to pick up at the airport (10% off if ordered in advance, can't moan at £12 for a litre of pink gin). 

Today's exercise is taking the dog on the park before minuting a very lengthy meeting at 10am, bums & tums at lunchtime and resistance bands tonight. 

Tonight's dinner is a portion of root veg stew left over from Sunday with a couple of veggie sausages. 

Household tasks: two loads of washing done and pegged out, ironing, cleaning the kitchen, dining room, hall and living room.

Well I knew it wouldn't be long before the next item on Mr SA's pester list popped up. I was halfway through the long meeting this morning when he tapped me on the shoulder, pointing to his phone. I took my headphones off in case it was urgent and he was showing me a picture of a necklace with a bullet on that he wants. I was so cross as he interrupted my flow of notetaking. Honestly he thinks the whole world revolves around him and the things he wants! I don't know where he sees these things to decide they're a must have in his life.
