yes i have tried Offcom. They are only really interested in dealing with Companies, not private individuals. They are useless as are Consumer Direct.0

I have just received a judgment and I haven't been charged. I am still waiting for a letter from MCOL confirming this but they did say over the phone that if I want to go any further there will be a charge of approx. £50 to send in the Bailiffs. However, as Express Mobiles seem to keep changing their address and name, I don't think at present I am going to follow it up. Is it worth it? Perhaps someone can let me know.0

thanks for that info, like you say we don't know who, where or what express are up to, so I suppose if we did take it further and send in bailiffs we could lose even more money. How much are you owed?0 -
People should spread the word that Express Mobiles & Yes Mobiles are Business Phones Direct http://www.businessphonesdirect.co.uk/contact-us
It is just another company, same address and for those who dont feel like paying for the call they have a toll free number. 0800 198 66 66. Call let and let them pay for the call....0 -
Are people still sending in their bills for cashback and if so what address are we to use at present, since express seem to be on a magical mystery tour?
That special time has arrived once more when I have to send in my bills just to receive no response and a 25.00 court fee, its getting tedious but a necessary evil I suppose.

I took out an O2 contract last November and I've yet to receive any money back. I spoke to them on the phone some months ago but that number hasn't worked for a long time, I only got the same rubbish as everyone else - cheque waiting to be processed, in the post etc - although I did get an email from someone called Sally Bowles stating just the same as those on the phone. I'm not well and unable to work at the moment, so I've sent another email stating that and asking how can they do what they do? I believe they don't give a damn, just as long as they're getting paid! I did ask at the time what the catch was and I was promised that there wasn't one.
I'm going to ring Trading Standards in the morning but I looked on the BBC Watchdog pages and they did a feature on this type of scam last year - how I wish I'd looked there before I took out my contract!

I am owed £240 plus £25 court fees. Although MCOL say they have sent me a copy of the Judgment, I have not received it. They are sending out another copy!!! As you say, Express Mobiles seem to keep changing address so that nobody can trace them. None of the letters I received from them ever had an address on. It took numerous phone calls to find the correct address at the time (end of 2007). I sent all my mail by Recorded Delivery so I knew that they had received it.0 -
I too have been conned!!
Received one chequeback in Jan. Now owed 2 lots of £120 (soon to be 3). Original paperwork says with express mobiles although contract is with o2 at carphone warehouse (not there problem when I ring them!).
Still got 8 months left of contract. Consumer direct say to write to them - no reply!! Then to write saying will take them to court.
Is there anyone who recently has actually got money fromExpress Mobiles.
Are they actually a limited company?
Getting confused reading past posts - are they or do they have anything to do with telco, yes or business direct phones.
Did sid08 get anywhere taking them to court?
Would love some help to get some money back!0
