    Hi again ,
hope someone out there will be able to help me? I have a claim going against Express Mobile /yes Mobile/Telco Limited , My cash back i received came from Telco Limited T/A Express Mobile I have asked my bank to supply a copy of the cheque but due to the length of time have been unable to supply it If anyone out there can let me have a copy of any cheques they have received this would enable me to prove in court that both Telco Limited /Yes Mobile have traded as Express Mobile something they are saying is not true PM me and I will give you my email
This may help all other claimants
    Many Thanks

Hi KillerKev - yes I too received cheque from Telco t/a Expressmobiles - but that was back in March. Telco deny any association with Expressmobiles but Sally Bowles was "in a meeting" when I phoned Telco! - they must be psychic if they knew where she was but didn't know her. Also Nicky Shakespeare answered Telco's phone but then denied she was the same one as at Express - uncanny coincidence! Have now read message on web (now Yes Mobiles) about 3 months - last I heard was "I am on holiday until 4 July" and then no replies to any emails since then.

There is no point in sending anymore claims As Express Mobile /Yes mobile /Telco have agreed with Hampshire Trading Standards to a 3 month break while they try to raise more funds ( just a delaying tactic there will be no more cashback )

But If I don't put the claim in then they will say that I have broken my terms , by not putting the claim in within a few days or whatever the time is.

my partner has claimed and received court papers etc. usual wait of 2 weeks giving them time to reply etc. i suppose she can kiss goodbye to the £25 fee! if express were to defend these claims in court as they have said, its obvious, thay wouldnt stand a chance. i mean the customer only has to turn up and show these posts and other relevant stuff about them! its a fiasco and i doubt if there is any monies coming thru in future. its as if they dont exist. they dont reply, trading standards are very weak, my exp with tdg stds is they exist just to listen to peoples complaints. but never any forceful ACTION! the most annoying thing is the fact that eveyone is stuck in these contracts and phone comps just wont help apart from reducing bill which in many cases is still uncompetitive compared to what is on offer out there, often by the same companies. ironic isn't it!

Has anyone been to court yet???
  • I'm yet another sucker who got scammed by expressmobiles.
I've had two lots of £120 back, but only by involving Birmingham Trading Standards both times - I'm now owed £240 and Bham T S seem to have lost interest, just trotting back to me the standard excuse that expressmobiles keep (or used to keep) sending.

The cheques I got from them were :

"For Telco Ltd T/A Express Mobiles"

    Lloyds/TSB Ramsey Branch, Lloyds/TSB Bank PLC, PO Box 100, BX1 1LT

    Sort Code 30-97-14
Account Number : 1651531 ... I know that's only 7 characters, but that's what I recorded - and I made a point of keeping their details becuase of the obvious trouble I'm anticipating.

Last cheque received 29th Jan 2008.

I managed to get Orange to downgrade my contract from £40/month to £25/month - BUT, it's a new 18 month contract, as I only realised when I got my next bill - so it's going to cost me even more.

I complained to Orange, to Carphone !!!!!house, to Vanilla Mobile - got the same fob-offs as the rest of you guys.

Address I was given for expressmobiles, on 15th May 2008, was :

    expressmobiles,
    No.1 The Belfry,
    4400 Parkway
    Whiteley
    Hamps
    PO15 7FJ

    Hope this helps.
    Doubt it though.
