I read all comments, so I am confused now..... Can somebody tell me the address of Express mobile. I have:

Studio 330
Highgate studios
53-79 Highgate Road
London, NW5 1TL

Because I went to seek for a legal advice and they told me to write three letters to Express Mobile and after I can take them to court. But I don't know is this address is ok now, because they keep on changing....
I need to get that money back... WE NEED TO GET OUR MONEY BACK!
And I do not understand why nobody is stopping them????? England is country with strong low? But in this case.... why they can not do anything?

the address you have is wrong the only address Express Mobile give is PO Box582 Fareham Hants PO14 9FQ
But you will not be getting any money as if you go to the web sites given in this thread you will find that they have stopped paying cashbacks for 3 months , which is just a delaying tactic .

The website has now changed to YesMobiles, but in the past it was always ExpressMobiles, so what is happening. Yes Mobiles has not been mentioned in any correspondence to me in the past and under their Terms & Conditions sent with the phone, I had to send my claims to chequeback@expressmobiles.uk.com, so as far as I am concerned my claim is against Express Mobiles.
They are saying that "claims have far exceeded those that were initially anticipated". Surely they knew how many contracts they had sold. Were they hoping that most people would not claim their cashback?
They also say that they are endeavouring to obtain funds that may be used to assist in discharging their liabilities and will advise again in three months time. What are we all supposed to do in the meantime?

WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE THIS COMPANY IS.
Just put in a claim with moneyclaim online costing me yet another 25.00 only to read the message on the website stating they did'nt anticipate the amount of claims.

• Hi,
As everyone here I have a cheque back agreement with Express mobiles as well. However when entered the agreement with carphonewarehouse, I was unaware that I was signing a contract with express mobiles.

I just called Consumer direct regarding my rights as a consumer in this case, not to get my money back, but to cancel the contract. Apparently we have no rights! Our only options seems to be 1. rely on the emphaty of the company with whom we entered the contract, in my case carphone warehouse. 2. Contact our local MP to get him/her to take up the issue in parlament!

Not being British citizen, I am outraged by the lack of consumer rights in this country! It simply cannot be thrue. I am willing to take this further, if that means talking to the MP. Please let me know who wants to go with me on this one, and we can send a collective letter. I am Hackney Borough by the way!

your contract is not with carphone warehouse, The phone probably came from a company called Vanilla Mobile which is a Trading division of Carphone Warehouse but is only a distribution firm the contract would have been with Express Mobile which in turn is a Trading name of Yes Mobile /Telco limited . You have very little chance of getting any money !!!!
• Hi everyone,I'm another one who has been scammed by express mobiles. Getting really frustrated that no one wants to help. I'm with O2 who won't change my contract, OFCOM won't do anything as express are an independant retailer and therefore aren't regulated by them. The advice I got from Consumer Direct and Trading Standards was to take them to the small claims court. I haven't got the cash to do this! I'm going to write to O2 as I can't believe that they don't know what's going on out there - surely they have a responsibility to validate people who sell contracts on their behalf? I'm also going to see my MP as none of this is right. Express are not the first and won't be the last unless something is done.I'm going to keep going until I get somewhere.

Hi

I took out 2 phones with express mobiles and have been receiving 2 separate bills, one from O2 and the other from Carphone warehouse. That was the way it was set up.

I would go back to O2 again as I have found them to be excellent. Not only have they changed my tariff down to £25 they actually offered to terminate my contract without charge!!! They also offered without obligation a new contract with the same benefits that apply to a £35 contract.

Now as for Carphone Warehouse , they have been completed useless and showed no understanding or consideration. The second phone I have needs to be payasyou go ras I hardly use itand so ideally I would like this cancelled . They have reduced the tariff to £25 but only after a battle. I reminded them that they had promised to do so a few months ago but they did not believe me until they had listened to the tape telephone conversation,. I have 6 months to go and would never use them again. The service I have received from O2 is miles better in general.

Good luck!
• Thanks eyevbeenstung. There is some hope after all. Will let you know how I get on.
