Can anyone say if they have got anywhere with a full settlement of the claim -the balance of a contract (due to breach of contract) against express mobiles yet please. I wrote to sally bowles 10 days ago giving her 7 days to respond and today sent another email to nicky shakespear with the same 7 days to send 2 cheques or i will persue for the balance of the contract as a breach of contract by express mobiles.

How did you get to speak to Sally, when they never allow anyone to speak to her when people call on 08700 200 200?

    Hi,
Sally rang me back from a witheld number after i gave Kate at Telco the 'third degree'. If you see my post #204, i was armed with a whole load of links between the various companies and Kate said she would get Sally to ring me back, which she did within the hour.

Sally told me that on the advice of their local Trading Standards, they should deal with each claim in date order and that i should expect my cheque in 4 weeks (the middle of June). As my May bill from O2 has just arrived, I'm about to make my second claim of £120.

'samsmum63' has checked out the TS story and found it to be true (post #226).

For what it's worth, Sally told me that the directors who set this whole thing up aren't with the company anymore and it's her job to try to sort this mess out. Court action against the wrong company clearly leads to defensive action and from what i've read so far, Sally does seem to be helping some people get their money back.

I appreciate that many more however are still waiting - myself included.

    Dear all

Can everyone Kindly PM me their names and addresses who have an issue with Express Mobiles aka Telco aka Yes mobiles regarding having not recieved cash back from these companies. This is because I will be attending court and having a list of names or petition will help me in court and hopefully everyone else. I will really appreciate it.

    Regards

    Sid

  • Have recieved a cheque for £145 today.

This is the outstanding amount due plus the court fee as per claim.

    The claim was issued at:

    www.moneyclaim.gov.uk

    The claim was issued against:

    Express Mobiles
    5c The Tanneries
    East Street
    Titchfield
    Fareham
    PO14 4AR

    Notes:

Claim only issued against Express Mobiles and with no reference to any other company. It was done this way as it was only Express Mobiles that the contract was taken with. The cheque was from YES mobiles who obviously have a connection with EXPRESS but this is irrelevent to the claim. It would appear that the reason people have not recieved their court claims is because they issued the claim against the wrong company although, due to the companies connections with each other (whatever that is, and it doesn't seem to matter) the general claim was paid.

Sooo by following the above procedure you should recieve your money.

No need to debate or worry about conspiracy theories.

    JUST CLAIM

    Good luck all.

I have just received a email from Sally ,as yesterday I sent a email giving 7 days notice of legal action . It just said all claims are being paid in date order no date for payment can be given so it look like i will have to issue the claim as they just seem to be delaying hoping that people will give up !!!
