Who was the agent??
When putting in a court claim you need an address to send court papers to, so if they have closed the store do you know the new address.

The company'sname is click mobile. They have closed down, i have reported them to 3-mobile who tried to track them, but they could not. But they told that they have cancelled the dealership with them. During my conversation with 3-CS they mentioned that click mobile is dealing with some other network and they did not disclose details. I have their old address as per on th contract(any help)?0

I did the same. I got my court fee's paid back to me. I claimed £240.00 + £25.00 court fee's and got a cheque last Friday for £265.000

So, what name and address did you put on your claim form then? as I am still waiting for my court fees and I will persist in getting this back, I've been out of pocket for way too long and I am not prepared to lose a penny more.

I have a contract with Orange through Yes-mobiles.
My cheque says For Telco Limited. T/A Express Mobiles.
I have sent my cash back claim to [EMAIL="care@expressmobiles.uk.com"]care@expressmobiles.uk.com[/EMAIL]. They seem to have changed the email address from [EMAIL="cashback@yes-mobiles.co.uk"]cashback@yes-mobiles.co.uk[/EMAIL].
I have had a reply from Sally Bowles saying
This has been forwarded to the chequeback team and will be processed.

Did you add the court fee's to the total that you were claiming??. I did.0 -
I made the mistake of taking out 2 of phones this time last year and only ever received one cash back (the first one) despite numerous phone calls (which you can never get through to anymore - they direct everything to their website) emails, threats etc they still have made no attempt to make payment. I am owed at least £480. If anyone has any advice im all ears ........0
