    certainly nothing express about their chequeback procedure.
    Made several phonecalls, every time being told claim has been approved, cheque should arrive shortly.
    First chequeback did arrive after i complained that I would take matter futher.
    Still waiting for second since November.
    We should all get together and name and Shame this company on Watchdog.
    Would appreciate any futher input regarding this company.

    IT IS SCANDLOUS THAT COMPANIES CAN GET AWAY WITH RIPPING CUSTOMERS OFF. I AGREE WE SHOULD GET WATCHDOG INVOLVED!!:mad: :mad: IT IS ANNOYING I'M A SINGLE PARENT STUDENT, AS IF THINGS AREN'T TIGHT ENOUGH.

    I DID WONDER IF I CANCELLED MY CONTRACT WOULD I BE LIABLE SINCE THE CONTRACT HAD BEEN WITH EXPRESS MOBILES AND NOT ORANGE, :p:p , COZ ORANGE DID NOT SEEM INTERESTED IN MY SITUATION:confused:

    Orange won't be interested in any dispute you have with the retailer.

    You can cancel your orange contract, (by giving them one month's notice), but if it is still inside its original minimum period, (12 or 18 months), they will charge you an early termination fee equal to the line rental outstanding up to the end of the minimum period.

    Hi.
    You can cancel your contract BUT you have to pay for the months left.So if you have 3 months left and you pay £40.00 per month then you have to pay £120.00 to end the contract. Orange might lower the tarrif if you ask.How much longer do you have left on your contract.

    hello everyone

    I have a contract with Express mobiles made a small claims action to this address;

    Telco Limited T/A Express Mobiles
    Unit 5
    The Tanneries
    East Street
    Fareham
    Hants
    PO14 4AR

    I requested for £325 but only recieved £120 which is now cleared. Also recieved a letter from Telco saying they do not have anything to do with my contract and they will request Yes mobiles aka Express mobiles to send my cheque.

    Yeterday I recieved my questionnaire from the court and the defendant Telco stating that they are defending the claim as the contract has nothing to do with them but Yes mobiles aka EM.

    Should I carry on to court or make the claim a change of address to;

    YES MOBILES LIMITED
    24 PICTON HOUSE
    HUSSAR COURT
    WATERLOOVILLE
    HAMPSHIRE
    PO7 7SQ

    WHAT DOES EVERONE THINK I SHOULD DO??

    I desperately need your help, I took 2 contracts with 3-mobile through an agent , the contract will expire in june-08. I took it with a total cash back of close to £800. This agent now has closed his store and escaped. I made the cash back claim with in the given time and Ive given all the bills in person. Do you think i lost my cash back or can i do any thing else to get it back(small claims courts??)
