Anyone got a phone number for Sally Bowles that gets her direct, without having to mess about.
Thanks
The best number to use is 08700 200 200. This is Telco's number.
Tell them u know that and ud like to speak to sally.
Can anyone advise whether they have received money without a court claim.0 -

To cut a very, very long story short, Sally has been as helpful as other posts suggest and whilst she cannot reply on this forum, I suggested I pass on some information to you all:- There is no business link between Telco and Express Mobiles.
- There is a backlog of claims and on the advice of Trading Standards, they are clearing them in date order. My claim for Dec/Jan/Feb was sent in March and at the moment I'm four weeks away from receiving a cheque.
- All current and future claims should be sent with scanned copies of the top page of your bill to chequeback@expressmobiles.uk.com
- Repeated emails to Sally are only delaying her attempts to clear the backlog.
I'll be in touch later.
Neil
How did you get to speak to Sally, when they never allow anyone to speak to her when people call on 08700 200 200?0 -

Will keep you posted.0 -
I have just had a phone call back from the trading standards and they told me that Yes-Mobiles changed their address at the end of April. Local trading standards are aware they are in a mess. Yes-Mobiles intend in paying all claims, but it will take time as they have a back log. This is the info trading standards have on Yes-mobiles.0

Any comment from them on Express Mobiles? Can we speak to them regarding EM?0 -
Hi gang,
Have filed a claim against Express Mobiles under that name only.
The reason people may not have recieved court fees is simply because Telco, although connected to Express Mobiles are not actually Express Mobiles as a trading identity in relation to cash back offers.
So taking Telco to court, just because they underwrite the cheques is not a winner.
Soooo would suggest that court claims for the £25 fee alone are not pursued this time round. The £120 is clearly forthcomming in each case submitted however so don't panic.
I have filed a claim solely against Express Mobiles and as it states their name on the original contract hope this is enough0 -

I did the same. I got my court fee's paid back to me. I claimed £240.00 + £25.00 court fee's and got a cheque last Friday for £265.000 -
You need to put an address otherwise the court cannot take up the claim. I mean how is the court gona send the claim details to the defendants address to notifying them??
Sent it to the address at 5c The Tanneries.
Thing is, at the various quoted addresses it should get there. Just leave Telco out of it though- it appears that whilst they are connected to Express Mobiles (hence instructing them to pay) they are not the actual company we are going after (hence not paying court fee) Remember our contracts say only "Express Mobiles"0
