    You must use an address in either England or Wales, but you don't have to live there.

    Bear in mind that should the case go to a hearing it will be located at the court nearest the address you use.
  • believe me or not its no skin off my nose!

    i was asked to research the company for my interview and i found 3 crappy websites and thousands of angry customers.

    i just wanted to post the new adress hoping it might help some of you get your money x

    Dear all,

    i just recieved a form EX307 from hmcs, basically stating that this is going to court. Telco are stated on the form that it i not them who i have contracted with but Yes Mobiles. So what do i do?

    because the address i claimed to was;

    Telco Limited T/A Express Mobiles
    Unit 5
    The Tanneries
    East Street
    Fareham
    Hants
    PO14 4AR

    So if Telco are saying they have nothing to do with it, how comes they requested Yes mobiles to send some of my money back?

    i DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO, Shall i change the address to the one "angelfairie" and "Quentin" suggested which was;

    1 The Belfry
    4400 Parkway
    Solent Business Park
    Whiteley
    Hampshire
    PO15 7FJ

    So is this Yes mobiles because i need to hurry up otherwise it will go to court with Telco who defended stating the contract was with Yes mobiles and not them??

    Someone please help??

    Hi received my cheque last Thursday which I paid in Friday. Looks as though it has cleared. Have since had notification from the court that Telco are going to defend their claim as they say they are no part of this and that i should be dealing with Yes mobiles. Like I say I received my cheque which happened to be in the same envelope with the same postmark as the letter from Telco. I have'nt had my court costs back so don't know whether to pursue this or not never having to have to go to court. There is nothing more I can do using the court system online. I have to fill out a questionaire and submit it to the court where the case is to be heard. Any ideas on what I should do in regards to this?

    This is what i found on the companies house website in seraching for Yes mobiles address:

    YES MOBILES LIMITED
    24 PICTON HOUSE
    HUSSAR COURT
    WATERLOOVILLE
    HAMPSHIRE
    PO7 7SQ
    or is it; which "angelfairie" and "Quentin" suggested;

    1 The Belfry
    4400 Parkway
    Solent Business Park
    Whiteley
    Hampshire
    PO15 7FJ

    Im confused?? Telco are agreeing to go court cos they say my contarct was taken out with Yes mobiles and not them. But yet they help me get back £120 after making a claim through the small claims court, where Telco stated they will request Yes mobiles to send me a cheque?

    someone help me??

    or may be the chques come from telco but any other queries of the contract are dealt with Yes mobiles. Maybe yes mobiles work with Telco in making the payments/cheques to thier customers.

    and the postmark used on the defence form from telco does come up with express mobiles as the address.
