 I to have conned by Express mobile . I have tried to call them repeatedly it goes to voice mail. I think Carphone warehouse and O2 are in cahoot with Express mobile. i would love to take them to court. I have cancelled direct debit and switched of the phone. I will not pay anymore.0

I am very confused and unsure as what to do next, I'm not sure that I made the claim against the correct company though I may have found evidence that supports telco t/a express mobiles. On the defence form I received back the director of telco has used the same address as that on the express mobiles terms and conditions.
I have until 19th may to respond back to the courts but I'm unsure as what to do, I feel that I should have just wrote of the address details of express mobiles and not those of telco in the first instance.
Does anyone have any advice?
EM are lieing to you, they are Telco, if you refer to JackW post he has recieved his money back after the small claims court. I think you should request for judgment (refer to your moneyclaimonline account)0 -

Telco ltd was previously named Premier Telecom Ltd.
The registered office of Premier Telecom Ltd is:
1 The Belfry
4400 Parkway
Solent Business Park
Whiteley
Hampshire
PO15 7FJ0 -
Go to https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk/csmco2/index.jsp.
This is the online small claims court, you will have to register to use the site but this is free.
Make you claim against:-
Telco Limited T/A Express Mobiles
Unit 5
The Tanneries
East Street
Fareham
Hants
PO14 4AR
You will also have to give a brief description of the claim and you address, it is really easy. This will cost you £25, but you will get this back.
I made a claim for £120 on the 24/4/08 and received a cheque for £145 today 1/5/08. I've not cashed it yet and the cheque is from Yes Mobile ??, hopefully it won't bounce.
Not sure how long this will work, if we all start using this method they may well go bust.
Good Luck
Jack
Hi JackW

1 The Belfry
4400 Parkway
Solent Business Park
Whiteley
Hampshire
PO15 7FJ

I have just got a cheque in the post for £265.00
£240.00 6 months phone bill and my court costs.
The cheque is from YES MOBILES LIMITED. That came in one envelope then another envelope came from telco saying that " we will be defending the claim as the contract to which you refer was entered into with Yes mobiles Limited trading as Express Mobiles and not ourselves we have however requested that Yes mobiles Limited send you the cheque-back payment that is due to you.
I am going to take it to the bank now, will keep you posted.0 -
Just rang my bank and they said it will take 8 working days to find out if the cheque is going to bounce. Keep you posted.0
