Express Mobiles/ Yes mobiles out of business?

:cool: I to have conned by Express mobile . I have tried to call them repeatedly it goes to voice mail. I think Carphone warehouse and O2 are in cahoot with Express mobile. i would love to take them to court. I have cancelled direct debit and switched of the phone. I will not pay anymore.

EM are lieing to you, they are Telco, if you refer to JackW post he has recieved his money back after the small claims court. I think you should request for judgment (refer to your moneyclaimonline account)

i have recently been sent for an interview at Telcos new offices! as i was informed in the interview, carried out by sally bowles, telco IS express mobile AND yes mobile! the adress is as follows:

how do we know your not working for them, how do we know your not one of them! i dont believe this person for some reason.

I made a claim for £120 on the 24/4/08 and received a cheque for £145 today 1/5/08. I've not cashed it yet and the cheque is from Yes Mobile ??, hopefully it won't bounce.

Not sure how long this will work, if we all start using this method they may well go bust.

I have just got a cheque in the post for £265.00
£240.00 6 months phone bill and my court costs.
The cheque is from YES MOBILES LIMITED. That came in one envelope then another envelope came from telco saying that " we will be defending the claim as the contract to which you refer was entered into with Yes mobiles Limited trading as Express Mobiles and not ourselves we have however requested that Yes mobiles Limited send you the cheque-back payment that is due to you.
I am going to take it to the bank now, will keep you posted.

Just rang my bank and they said it will take 8 working days to find out if the cheque is going to bounce. Keep you posted.
