Well I have finally had some money back from them
They owed me £240 and I don't think I would of ever got it back.
So I decided to take them to court! Go onto moneyclaim.com and fill in the details. It did cost me £25 to start the procedure but it's well worth it.
They then sent them a letter and 5 days later I had a cheque from express mobiles for £265 so they also paid for court fee.(it does ask on money claim if you want them to pay the court fee).
There is a down side though, I don't think i'll ever recieve another payment from express mobiles and I still have 8 months of the contract left.
So I spoke to orange and they have changed the tarriff for me it's not brilliant but it's cheaper.
So too all I hope this will help!
Im gona give that a try but where do i go after www.moneyclaim.com?
Is it small claims court?0 -
MCOL is the online version of the small claims court - they are really one and the same.
If you fail to get your money via MCOL, the only thing left is sending the boys round.0 -
Fair play to you, I suppose those that dare win, So is that it, your contract is terminated?
I have written to Orange stating that I too will be cancelling direct debits if they don't respond, their time is up tomorrow.
I will let you know what happens.:T
Does anyone have an address for Orange Complaints and a real address for Express Mobilles?0 -

Hi just phone them on your mobile 150, press the number for the upgrade, even though you want to downgrade, explain the situation, in my case I added the fact that I'm hardly using the phone to justify the amount. The guy was really helpful, told me they can only normally downgrade by 5.00 but would make an exception, me thinks they've had quite a lot of calls recently!
If you want to write to them the address is as follows, though be warned I've written several letters, they have'nt responded, but at least its a backup if and when it goes to court.
Good luck to you

These also owe me £240.00.
I have been paid back £240.00.
Trading standards are not very helpful as they cannot do much with an PO box number.I still have until November to pay for this phone.£40.00 a month.:mad:0
