Express Mobiles/ Yes mobiles out of business?

Are express mobiles and yes-mobiles the same company.
My contract with orange was taken out with Yes-mobiles, and the person who deals with cash back is also Sam Ashworth.
Has the email address for Yes-mobiles changed. As set out in my tc it hasthis address Unit 5c, The Tanneries, East Street, Titchfield, Fareham, Hampshire, PO14 4AR ...which seems to be the same as Express mobiles, has anyone the phone number for Sam Ashworth.

Vanilla Mobiles ( Part of CPW) have been telling anyone that calls that Express Mobiles details are those given for Telco.

I have rang this number and it is answered then cut off. I have also sent emails to them and have had no reply.I thought they might get sick of me when I sent them 5 at a time. I see on the web page www.yes-mobiles.co.uk
they are still offering free line rental. So they are still trading. :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

Hi tried calling got through.

Telco is def Express Mobiles, asked for Sally Bolwes and they mentioned she was busy taking interviews. Sam and Kate all work there.

I called and asked for Sally Bolwes and they put me on hold i qouted the address they operate and they denied it.

If u call CPw this is the number they give you.

Keep trying. Why is it that yes dont have a number on their site...same story.

Just rang again and spoke to a man he said they have had a few calls, from mobile customers and they have NOTHING to do with express or yes-mobiles, i then said my previous cheque came from your company TELCO and he said don't thinks so nothing to do with them.
I also asked if his address was 5c-5e The Tanneries Business Park
East Street
and he said no.
I am going to the court now, I have had enough.
Any one had any money back lately????

My daughter has just been into the carphone warehouse and they put my number into their system and a message came up saying "CPW AND Vanilla Mobiles have NO responsabiltuy to claim cash back from YES-MOBILES.:money:

Go to https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk/csmco2/index.jsp.
This is the online small claims court, you will have to register to use the site but this is free.

Make you claim against:-
Telco Limited T/A Express Mobiles
Unit 5
The Tanneries
East Street
Fareham
Hants
PO14 4AR
You will also have to give a brief description of the claim and you address, it is really easy. This will cost you £25, but you will get this back.

I made a claim for £120 on the 24/4/08 and received a cheque for £145 today 1/5/08. I've not cashed it yet and the cheque is from Yes Mobile ??, hopefully it won't bounce.

Not sure how long this will work, if we all start using this method they may well go bust.
