Go to https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk/csmco2/index.jsp.
This is the online small claims court, you will have to register to use the site but this is free.
Make you claim against:-
Telco Limited T/A Express Mobiles
Unit 5
The Tanneries
East Street
Fareham
Hants
PO14 4AR
You will also have to give a brief description of the claim and you address, it is really easy. This will cost you £25, but you will get this back.
I made a claim for £120 on the 24/4/08 and received a cheque for £145 today 1/5/08. I've not cashed it yet and the cheque is from Yes Mobile ??, hopefully it won't bounce.
Not sure how long this will work, if we all start using this method they may well go bust.
Good Luck
Jack
thanks

Hi nerak35,
I don't think I selected the 'Lookup' option.
I've just looked at my claim form and the address on it is the one I stated in my previous post, I would use that one, it worked for me.
Good Luck0 -

Hi Everyone
i`ve the same as everyone else have been stung by EM. I`m owed over £360 in cashback. I`ve had no luck chasing them up so decided to refuse to pay the bill. I am now receiving letters threatening court action off a debt collection agency (NCO) Has anyone been down this road before and do I stand a chance if it does go to court?0 -
No. You don't.0

I have had an email from Sally Bowles saying ""
This has been forwarded to the chequeback team and will be processed.
Regards.
I sent 27 Emails to express mobiles yesterday.
I also got a letter today saying :
Due to the high volume of claims there will be a delay in payment.
We are unable to give an exact date for payment, however we will endeavour to pay all claims as soon as possible.
There is no need to contact us further in this matter by Email or letter, upon dispatch of payment we will contact you accordingly.
The strange thing about the letter is it had no date no one signed it and no address from where it came from.
Any-one else had one of these letters.
I have just made claim to the court online.
Will keep up updated.0 -
I issued a court claim against telco t/a express mobiles on the advice found on this forum. However telco have defended the claim stating that it is not them but yes mobiles that t/a express mobiles.
I am very confused and unsure as what to do next, I'm not sure that I made the claim against the correct company though I may have found evidence that supports telco t/a express mobiles. On the defence form I received back the director of telco has used the same address as that on the express mobiles terms and conditions.
I have until 19th may to respond back to the courts but I'm unsure as what to do, I feel that I should have just wrote of the address details of express mobiles and not those of telco in the first instance.
Does anyone have any advice?0 -
Can anyone also tell me who has a contract through Orange with Express Mobiles which company name was on the cheque they received? Express mobiles? Telco? Yes Mobiles?0
-
I have a contract with Orange through Yes-mobiles.
My cheque says For Telco Limited. T/A Express Mobiles.
I have sent my cash back claim to care@expressmobiles.uk.com. They seem to have changed the email address from cashback@yes-mobiles.co.uk.
I have had a reply from Sally Bowles saying
This has been forwarded to the chequeback team and will be processed.
Regards.
Hope this helps.0 -
