It seems there are quite a lot in the same boat, I took out a contract with Orange through Express mobiles last september and got the first cheque in feb but this time have emailed since march 11th and the first 3 emails i got replies, now the last 3 no replies at all and am almost ready to send my next lot of bills. They said it went to be processed on march 14th but where's my cashback- nowhere still. Think i'll take it to small claims court and try for the full balance of the contract. My wife keeps going mad cos the D/D comes out of her account and not mine :)) ........sorry love :(

Hi JackW

regarding the above address you applied to through small cliams court, is this the correct address you have posted because there is new posts sugesting that below is the address to Telco/EM;

1 The Belfry
4400 Parkway
Solent Business Park
Whiteley
Hampshire
PO15 7FJ

Can you confirm JackW that the address you used was successful in getting your money back. Much appeciated.

Thanks.

The address below worked for me and I have recieved the cheque. I paid it into the bank on 1/5 so it should have cleared by now but I'm waiting till next week to inform https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk/ that this claim is settled.

Telco Limited T/A Express Mobiles
Unit 5
The Tanneries
East Street
Fareham
Hants
PO14 4AR

I have just had an E mail from Sally Bowles

Thank-you for your e-mail
All claims are being paid in date order.
All latter claims are being paid followed by the recent claims, we are at present unable to give you an exact date for disptach but we are endeavouring to make payment on the claims as soon as possible.
Regards
You never know every one from Yes-mobiles may get paid. Not sur why she has sent me this as they sent me a cheque.
Hope this might help.

Dear all

To summarise; myself, "samsmum63" and "JackW" made a small claims court to EM on the address below

Telco Limited T/A Express Mobiles
Unit 5
The Tanneries
East Street
Fareham
Hants
PO14 4AR

When "Myself" and "samsmum63" recieved our cheques except i only recieved £120 and "samsmum63" recieved all her money. TELCO also mentioned in a the letter that they have nothing to do with EM or Yes Mob and they said they will make a request to EM and Yes Mob to send our cheques.

However when we recieved the cheques that arrived at the same time as the letter it was in separate envelopes and both envelopes stamped from Frenham Hants.

In other words Telco with the address above are really EM and Yes mobiles but they just tried really hard to pull a fast one by sending the cheque and letter in seperate envelopes to make it look like the cheque came from somewhere else.

Telco are EM and Yes Mobiles!

These people are fools they really think a fool can fool lol! do not believe there emails or phone calls TAKE THEM TO COURT ASAP!

Good luck and I hope I recieve my £235 before 20th May otherwise the court will deal with it further.

Regards

Sid

I agree with SID08, another thing is not to downgrade your phone with the phone network provider (Orange or whoever) because then you have broke the terms and conditions agreed with Yes-mobiles. Then you will no chance of getting any money back.

Hi the terms and conditions of express mobiles as provided with phone state that you only break conditions if you downgrade within first 9 months of contract. I like many others have had to downgrade, better to lose 25.00 than 40.00 per month if that is the case. Anyway I too have received a cheque through post after pursuing through small claims online, although did'nt get my court fee back? Paid cheque in bank today, have been told it should clear on Thursday of next week if everything is ok. I will however still be sending in bills even though I have since downgraded as I have'nt broken any conditions and will use the court process again to claim back money plus court fees.
Good luck to everyone.

Go to https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk/csmco2/index.jsp.
This is the online small claims court, you will have to register to use the site but this is free.

Make you claim against:-
Telco Limited T/A Express Mobiles
Unit 5
The Tanneries
East Street
Fareham
Hants
PO14 4AR
You will also have to give a brief description of the claim and you address, it is really easy. This will cost you £25, but you will get this back.

:T
Not sure how long this will work, if we all start using this method they may well go bust.

Good Luck
Jack
Hi did what you said and it worked. Thanks very much.
Received cheque for 120.00 yesterday which I paid in to bank today.
Did'nt however receive my court fee in with amount. Is there any way I can get this back now?

Yes - they have only part paid the amount you have claimed.

Just let the claim continue, and when you ask for judgement, you can then input that you have received a part payment, and the court will order them to pay you the balance.

HI all - iv been following this thread for quite some time and glad ppl are getting somewhere now. I was filling in the online claim procedure but came accross: Service Address for sending documents and payments.

It states that the service address must be in England or Wales. I stay in Scotland....how do i get around this? is this online claim procedure applicable to England and Wales only?

regards
