Express Mobiles/ Yes mobiles out of business?

Sid why don't you go to your local court office , and ask them for advice you will have up until the 26th may if your letter came today, well that's how long I have until I send in the questionnaire, the courts are veryhelpful.

After going down the small claims route and getting a cheque out of them I have now received a letter from my local court with a form to fill out because Telco have defended the claim, there defence is :-
"The claimant did not enter into the contract referred to with this company. The correct company against whom he should have claimed is Yes Mobiles limited"

I have spoken to the court and explained that the claim has been settled, they need this is writing so once I am sure the cheque has cleared I will do this. I also noted that the cheque was from Yes Mobiles.

They also wrote in February on another matter and the letter had a Express Mobiles logo on it.

All very strange, my next claim is due soon so it should be an interesting what happens this time.

Thank for your replies and I do still remain sceptical. For those who asked, Sally returned my call after i spoke with Kate at Telco on 08700 200 200. When i rang Kate in the morning she denied any knowledge of Express, yet when in the afternoon i was armed with much more information regarding known names and addresses she offered me the Epress web address!

At this point i asked to speak to a manager as she knew that i knew she'd been 'evasive' at best. Sally rang me within the hour from a 'withheld' number.

As with many of you, I too have made the following links:

• Companies House place Telco (Reg 05078200) and Yes Mobiles (Reg 05153040) at the same address - 24 Picton House, Hussar Court, Waterlooville.
• Yes Mobiles have been sending cheques out obo Express.
• Telco previously traded as Premier Telecom Direct Ltd and also had an address on the same business park as Yes - 11 Dragoon House, Hussar Court, Waterlooville.
• Yes Mobiles Ltd previously operated from Fareham and from The Belfry, 4400 Parkway, Solent Business Park, Whiteley, Hampshire, PO15 7FJ.
• On asking 118 118 for a number for Yes at this address, it was listed as being Premier Telecom Ltd - tel. 08700 858 588
• On ringing this, I was told that they used to be at 4400 Parkway but had moved now to Gleneagles, 1100 Parkway, SBP, Whiteley, Hants, PO15 7FJ.
• They knew of Telco and gave me their number - 08700 200 200
• I was back to square one but better armed to tackle Kate again. She initially asked me to write to PO Box 582, Fareham, Hants, PO15 9FQ but relented and got Sally to ring me back.

It does look like they're all linked to the same group of compaies or former companies but Premier for example may not be able to influence Express as the directors may have changed? Maybe we should search the list of named directors to see where further links can be made?

Go to the royal mail site enter postcode on the address finder section ( use the postcode as stated on your defence form) and you will see that this postcode from telco is actually for express mobiles!!!
and they say they are nothing to do with them lol!!1
I too am going to take this to court even though at present I am only claiming back my court fee. I will let you know how I get on.

Thanks for that because i just did that and it does come up as Express Mobiles. Which means I will fill in the questionnaire return it to the court and also use this as evidence. Well done nerak.

Actually I cant sem to make up my mind, shall i notify the court that there is a change of address for Express mobiles or shall i fill in the questionnaire and present all the evidence i have that the postcode P014 9FQ is Express mobiles aka Telco aka Yes Mobiles.
