For Info Just Had A Reply To My Latest E-mail Saying It Had Been Forwarded To "the Legal Team" And Any Further Correspondence Should Be Sent In Letter Form By Royal Mail, Unless Tou Send By Recorded Delivery(more Cost) I Would Guess Anything Else Will Be Ignored.0

I am just another one like so many others that have been duped by the txt we all received, and may I say, stupidly responded to. I did like others pursue the first cheque by bombarding them with daily phonecalls until finally, 3 months late I did receive a cheque for £120 :j and it didn't bounce :j:j
But, I'm probably in the same boat as everyone now in that I'm still waiting for my next chequeback and have found it nearly impossible to make contact with these elusive creatures. However, I have found on a website an address for them, it maybe out of date and would appreciate if anyone can enlighten me on that before I waste even more money on postage stamps.
11 Dragoon House Hussar Court Waterlooville Hampshire PO7 7SF
Many Thanks
Hi
You are in the same boat as everyone and we do need to keep it a float! At least you got some money out of them . I am now owed £480. Keep e-mailing , writing and take them through the small claims court if necessary. Also rplease eport the matter to Watchdog as the more they hear about them the more likely they may take interest.( watchdog@bbc.co.uk)
Not sure if you are aware but there is another forum site on the go and as you will see there are many people out there that have been affected.

As an update Trading Standards have stepped in and I am awaiting new from them. All I know is that their practices and financial situations are being investigated.
Now with regard to there address please follow the link below and you will find it under their T'cs & C's .It is correct as I have received acknowledgments from them in respect of letters which I have sent by recorded delivery. You need to give them notice of your intentions by e-mail followed up by a letter.

Good luck to you and everyone else and continue to fight to the end.

You cannot use that address for the issue of a small claims summons. (You need a "proper" address, not a po box).
Also before deciding to take court action, be as sure as you can that the firm are "won't pay" rather than "can't pay".
If they can't pay, then taking legal action (which you have to pay for up front) will just be a waste of more money.0 -
I sent my email with the bills and got this reply...
Dear customer thank you for your claim.
Due to the high volume of claims there will be a delay in payment and all claims will be paid subject to them being submitted correctly.
Kind regards

NB. this is an automated response.
Maybe they are stalling but i am not too sure what to think now....so many different stories!!!0 -

I recieved the same message today, but i am not gona let them fool me because my solicitor is dealing with this enquiry.0 -
I just phoned/emailed O2 which they just washed their hands off and told me i just be hassled by them for money if i cancel my contract. I gave her some true info of how they can get away with this scam , practically scamming people into their contracts! even if they say they are not responsible surely they must know of who from they take contracts out. Lady actually couldn'd or wouldn't tell me contact details of person/company that made order behalf of me...what kind of bull;!!!! is that?!
anyway i stopped my direct debit, wrote them a letter of canceling. Anyone did get anywhere with O2?? as lady on the phone told me that they acknowledged there is this problem so am not alone and that manager will call me within 5 working days. err its 8th working days today and NOTHING> wrote them email/called them up...but am not sure what else i can do,.
termination fee is remaining months money! so its about 13 month x £40 are they out of their mind? i took out contract in November 2007 as spare for my daughter knowing its free calls...yeah right...
am sure they will be sending letters demanding their payments, am even prepared to go to court if need be and i will tell them there what kind of fraudsters are they!it was breach of contract from THEM / express mobiles or whoever i don't care they blame each other, in t&t said the cashback will be made within 28 days...
they can make payment request straight to express mobile , yes mobiles, carphone warehouse (she actually mentioned that, by mistake?i don't think so) that was probably all i could get out of her...what are they doing about it then. she said i should contact citizen advice bureu LOL...
please don't get away with scammers like these...and voice your concerns.0 -
I'm afraid you shouldn't be doing cashback deals at all; you have no understanding of them and are getting yourself into an even worse mess than you started with. All the bravado and accusations will merely make your situation much worse. Prepare for a very bad credit rating and the debt collectors next - and your stance won't get you anywhere at all. I would strongly recommend others NOT to follow such an example!0

oh really, i have no understanding of cashback deals lol what i don't understand how come THEY can get away with it and SCAM people into contracts! hey at least i got my bravado and not letting myself ripped off just to keep my credit rating sparkling. (VERY bad credit rating ,oh pllease don't make u murder out of this), its not like i breached the contract or made a thousands of phone calls and didn't pay a bill. Don't you think they shouldn't get away with this sort of business? or you one of them......oh so bad for dodgy scamming companies is it.......LOL debt collectors ....yeah i will be one of them knocking on MOBILEEXPRESS door! for MY money back....
for this i should call for ALL scammed people to cancel their debits and not get ripped of by mobile companies washing their hands off you, while rubbin it with them!!! only while you were scammed into contract that is lol0 -
