Hi there
I too am having problems with getting my first cashback cheque which was due to me in february 2008 - due to submit my second request next month and keep getting told that it is being dealt with - my name and address is GILLIAN LEITCH, 22 CASTLEBLAIR PARK, DUNFERMLINE, FIFE, SCOTLAND, KY12 9DW
Good luck and many thanks!

Hi,
The being paid in date order seems to be another stall, as I have just submitted my 4th claim and not recieved a penny.0 -
Agree with Elmscroft. I am awaiting my 2nd and 3rd claims relating to period Oct 07 to March 08. Have just issued a claim for these to MCOL (see post #271 ). This seems the only way to get paid but I suspect that if too many people claim they will eventually take the company down.0

Pleased it still works did not want to woffle on for it not to work.
Firstly may I thank all those people who have posted on site as it does help to see what other persons have done. Like others still not receiving monies due. Wrote threat of legal action 23/4/08 no reply. Contacted Sam at Consumer Direct today Tel: 08454 040506 he will get Trading Standards to contact me in next 10 days. My ref WM249124. In the mean time I have taken advice gained from other posts and claiming through https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk. Express Mobiles (alias) Premiar Telecom Direct 5c The Tanneries East Street Farham Hants PO14 4AR have done a runner from this address as I have got contacts in same area. My contact believes they have moved to another address in Fareham. He will contact me if he finds out where they are now. The Tel 0870 2259259 is listed at same address under the name of PTD but disconected. I know we are all fed up with the treatment and scam we are in and I think Watch Dog or Dont get done get Dom should be hearing about this. I fell sorry for those who can't afford to pay the net work bills. I have contacted Care Phone Warehouse (O2) and they say it is nothing to do with them. Can anyone tell me why it is not. They got my address from some where to sign the contract but only on the understanding I was getting my money back. Like wise I never use my allocated minutes or texts. Good Luck All.0 -
MORE ON EXPRESS the address that they give PO Box 582 PO 14 9FQ is in a small road off Newgate lane Fareham . It is no good sending court papers to this address as Express know that court documents sent to a PO Box are not valid in court .There is some connection between Express -Yes Mobile and Telco but it does not seem strong enough to stand up in court
Telco say that if a claim is sent to their address at Unit 5c East St Fareham Po 14 4AR they will defend it as the contract is not with them .
Anyone had a claim paid in the last few days ?0 -
I am unfortunately in the same position as many others and am waiting for 2 cheques, total £240 from Express Mobile. what I am wondering is what happens if I cancel my direct debit? I have been into Carphone warehouse, who I am billed by and they say they know nothing about this and cannot help, they gave me the number for O2 and that just gives me recorded reply to contact the company I have the contract with..express mobiles! has anyone cancelled their contract or got the bill reduced? I am going to claim as per advice on this forum but cannot carry on paying the £40 per month. Any ideas??0

I have found a ASA Adjudication which proves a direct link between Yes Mobiles & Express Mobiles
http://www.asa.org.uk/asa/adjudications/public/TF_ADJ_43133.htm
Some may find it of help in there fight0 -
See 277. Unfortunately Money Claim has been off line all week so I have not filed a claim.
This company is still on the move. The latest address is
1 BELFRY 4400
PARKWAY
SOLENT BUISINESS PARK
WHITELY
FAREHAM
I have my contact checking it out.0 -
