    Dear all

Can everyone Kindly PM me their names and addresses who have an issue with Express Mobiles aka Telco aka Yes mobiles regarding having not recieved cash back from these companies. This is because I will be attending court and having a list of names or petition will help me in court and hopefully everyone else. I will really appreciate it.

Sid - L. SCHOFIELD 49 ST MARGARETS ROAD WANSTEAD E12 5DR. Line I got was from "Kate" at Telco who said hr no. was wrongly posted in forum and it was Telco Ltd I needed and their . Phoned Telco and spoke to "Nicky" and asked for "Sally" who she said was in a meeting -then she asked if my contract was with Telco and I said yes so she checked her computer which told her it was with EM and Telco have no connecton with EM! Suddenly "Sally" was only someone they emailled because of wrong no. and "Nicky" was a different one -she then denied she was Nicky Shakespeare but refused to give her name. I told her Kate had told me to call her and she then said Kate worked in accounts and had just answered the phone. Lots of lies there or are they all just confused as to who they are? Still waiting for cheque since Mar. now due next one. Have sent letter before action and many e-mails without respnse, good luck in Court and hope you nail then.

Hi,not to keen on putting my address for everyone to see if there is another way i could get it to you .ie email i would be glad to . The people at Telco read this !!!!!!
The last conntact i had with Telco they said they now have no connection with Telco Limited. All they are doing is operating as a company until they get into trouble then start up under a differant name so dont be surprised if in a couple of weeks they start up as NEW TELCO !!!!! then of course they will have no responsabilty to any previous customers best of luck to everyone fighting this bunch of scammers
  • Big Davy,

Same issue as you... got through to "Nicky" who told me initially that she was going to put me through to Sally...then spent the next 15 minutes "searching" for my details on their system...and kept asking me "are you sure it is Telco?"... i insisted it was... then she asked me to email sally on the email address i have been sending my claims to.... i asked her if sally actually works there and she said "i'm not sure?!"... she did ask if i got the number from a forum...and i said no i just googled Telco as thats where my previous cheques were from (blagged it)... i seriously dont know what to do anymore...

I JUST WANT MY DAMN MONEY!!!!!
  • I currently am responsible for a 45 handset contract that a previous employee arranged through Yestelecom.

I quickly discovered that Yestelecom make use of "Business partners" and you are unable to deal with them direct. On discovering that the handsets that had been provided were not new but refurbished used handsets I raised the issue with the business partner. I also didn't have a copy of any contract with them and requested a copy from the business partner.

This was in February, As time passed by with no response from the business partner I approached Yestelecom to help to rectify the problem as we had handsets failing to work properly and obviously no kind of warranty whatsoever. I was informed it wasn't the job of Yestelecom to supply handsets, The business partner was.

Following further issues with both the handsets and also the network I attempted to contact the business partner but received no response. I contacted Yestelecoms again and again but was told to deal with the business partner as it was nothing to do with them.

On Wednesday of this week I asked Yestelecom to supply me with a copy of the contract as the business partner appeared to have fell off the side of the earth.

The reason for the business partners reluctance to supply us with a copy of the contract become apparent. Every signature on the contract was fraudulently signed. This included the direct debit mandate ( Which was returned by the bank as it required 2 signatures) and all the agreements regarding handsets and tariffs!

Basically, Where do I go from here? I have again attempted on 6 occasions to contact the business partner to no avail. I have spoken to Yestelecom but they replied saying that as far as they were concerned it was a legally binding contract.

I am currently left with nowhere to go , 30 faulty handsets which we have had to replace at our expense and serious network issues that have gone unresolved. Yestelecom is part of Vodafone yet they are also uninterested.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Scott
  • Hi all,

I have just received a letter from money claim indicating yes mobles t/a express mobiles intend to defend my claim against them. I have 2 outstanding cheque back claims which started back in Oct' '07. Has anyone else been down this route with them yet, they haven't yet said why they are defending this claim I assume that will come later via money claim?

    Thanks for everyones support,

We need to nail these guy's!

If they do enter a defence you will be sent a copy and further instructions on how to proceed from your local Court (not MCOL).

If they don't enter a defence then you can still proceed to judgement via MCOL 28 days after the date the summons was served.

    Thanks

hi, i am in the same position having just received a notice saying that express mobiles are going to defend my claim (£240). Will let you know how i get on.
  • Ok Guys.

The claims issue here seems to be moving on to a new stage.

A lost of us have made successfull claims thus far.

Now Express seem to be fighting back saying they are contesting new claims.

Clearly a change of tact. But not one to be frightened by.

Can people who have their claims contested list the reason for contest on here as soon as they become aware of it.

Then we can advise and discuss the next steps.

    Regards
