    I've had them query Channel Islands mail. There is no tracker and UK mail from Jersey has a 2-5 days delivery estimate.

    Raise a ticket in the App & tell RM the issue. It's August holiday time & there may be a shortage of workers, so RM need to know that there are clearly delivery issues  ;) 
    There's also a new September mail tasks available in the app. I've clicked the accept link and expected September bundle deliveries show immediately along with the expected posting dates.

    When I raise a ticket the response I get doesn't have anything to do with the point I raised. I'd guess they are using AI to respond.

    They will only be able to read that once they get it back. And then it will only tell them when it went through royal mail machines (handshakes) not when the postie put it through your letterbox. The problem is that if it went through the machine and into the mailbag on Tuesday but you report it as received on Friday spectos will ask if you are sure, which is rather pointless as I doubt anyone would then say they'd actually received it on Tuesday.

    I’ve had a similar email this morning saying either all or some of my items haven’t been recorded as being received and the transponders returned. Our post has been awful for months now, we’re lucky to get one delivery a week some weeks. Last week I received 6 test items on one day and every one was queried after I’d entered them as they had last gone through the RM system between 5 and 7 days prior to me receiving them, all first class.

    Can anyone tell me what Spectos's policy/guidance is regarding panellists who receive a RM "Fee to pay" card due to insufficient postage..?

    You know it's a spectos item? I think someone said spectos sent them stamps when they complained to them.

    I have had a query regarding late delivery where Spectos have mentioned a date and time an article was at the local delivery office  whilst the RFID was still in my possession. So I have assumed data is being recorded and transmitted back.
