Amazed that it has taken four years (since Sept 2021) to be 'selected' to be on the main panel! At my last address, it took under a month to get onto the panel.
Have been following along on this thread, and have to say I'm a bit worried about the amount of follow-up that folks have to do when things go wrong. BOTH messages are displayed when QUERIES is selected, no messages if I select NOTIF...
SO, (the possible correction), maybe I did receive these "On its way to you" messages for the previous test items I've had delivered since the upgrade BUT without clicking on the BELL icon I would never know.
Given that I rarely do this and would not have been "INVITED" to do so whilst ever the BELL displayed a 0, who knows if I've received any previously !
The notification is meant to disappear once you log the item.1 -
Extra 10 points today.... a test letter arrived (DL) with a stamp and the app asked me to scan the stamp barcode. Not sure what data that will give them - it tells them which source the stamp came from and a serial number but as the letter was prepared by Spectos in the first place, what does that add?I need to think of something new here...2

Hmmm! Interesting OR NOT!
Think I might ask Spectos to STOP SENDING ME REMINDERS !!!!
So yesterday (Thursday) I had a bundle to post and a RFID from a Wednesday test item to return.
ALMOST did it before the 9am collection at the post box at the end of the road.
Happened to click on the BELL(0) icon and lo and behold .... a NON notification "Important Action"
"On its way to you. You should receive 1 test letter today. Please keep an eye out for it and log into your app and record the time and date received."
So change of plan, I have 3 much later options available, I'll wait for the test item to arrive and return its RFID at the same time.
Choices are, 4pm indoor post box at nearby ASDA, 5pm post box outside very local post office or 5:30pm in business box about a mile away.
Anyway by 4:45pm "today's" (Thursday) test item hasn't been delivered (and as I type at 11:59am Friday morning STILL HASN'T), so I set off for the post office.
When I get there I see my phone has an email from Spectos (received just a few minutes earlier at 4:43pm)
"IT'S TIME TO POST YOUR BUNDLE"
"We have not received your posting confirmation for bundle annnnn yet. Please open on on your phone this REPORT NOW to report"
Anyway posted the bundle with a report time of 4:53pm along with the RFID
At 6:07pm ANOTHER email

YES, I KNOW. You told me about it in the app, which is why I delayed posting the bundle today until 4:53pm and not doing it before 9am. AND I'm NOT going to report it because it's not been delivered !!
So this morning I check BELL(0) icon and the "On its way to you" from yesterday HAS GONE !
So that was(is) rather pointless.
Regarding the reminders, a while back (30th May) I had a bundle to post on that day and I got the same email as above "IT'S TIME TO POST YOUR BUNDLE"
Problem was phone pinged in the middle of the night, email arrived at 04:14am !!!
UPDATE: Test item received (presumably YESTERDAY'S) at 13:28

Trying to input bundle posting at the postbox yesterday was a nightmare , so slow , app kept buffering, it went through eventually I 🤔 think .Points got allocated ok .
Anyone else had a problem recently ?0 -

I've never had a problem with this previously !
On the home screen select POSTING LOCATIONS (the "point" to the left of the panel status indicator spot) with GPS enabled
You get a map centred on your location with a variable number of post offices or post boxes indicated which increase or decrease when zooming out or in.
Clicking on these posting locations gives you its postcode identifier, location, distance and last collection time for today (the day you do it)
I'm really struggling to CLICK to reveal this information
The location symbol(s) are not 100% stable as they used to be before (the upgrade?) when used previously.
They flicker a bit. Also at the bottom it says "SHOWING x LOCATION(S)"
Mine can say 23 when there are only 15 visible, or 14 when I count only 9, even 4 when it is obviously just 2.
IF I zoom in as tight a possible and can get just ONE post box highlighted the flickering seems to all but cease and then I CAN click successfully.
Anyone like to try and report back please?

Anyone else please?
Good or bad experience?
Either way make of phone, model and OS would help them progress this.

Just updated app to version 1.15.2 (on Android)
