Still on my rest period but received an invite to start 19 Oct. However I had to complete 20 questions and submit them.
Never had to do this before.

I'm on CD at the moment - today I found a new aspect of the counter for items received - it only goes up to 10 and after that you have to type in the number. So I have just logged 13 plus 2 test items. I've seen people complain online about post being held back and delivered in batches, so here's a chance to prove it.

It took a while to open at about 7 AM but I've just tried again and it opened first time.

Is it just me or is the Spectos helpdesk worse than a chatbot?
On Thursday, a test item came clunking through my door at 1725. I could see it had been dropped off by someone not in RM red - so I'm guessing it was mis-delivered and dropped off by a neighbour. So I logged it as that day and time unknown. Then raised a ticket explaining this and pointing out the postmark was 4th Sep so that could be the cause of the delay.
On Friday, I get a query telling me the item was last tracked on 5th Sep and am I sure of the date. So I say yes. No way to say "I've already raised a ticket".
Today, my ticket is closed with the response "When you get an item from a neighbour please record it as that day and time unknown". I did that! I told you that in the ^*%$& ticket. How about telling me that you've actually taken notice of the extra information I've given you on this item? Especially since I'm on CD at the moment.

I imagine the answers to emails are done by AI. I sent an email to let them know that a postbox near me has no visible location numbers. It's a double slot box and the numbers have disappeared off the bottom. I got some daft totally irrelevant answer back about checking the times on the sheet. I gave up and just never use that postbox. Oh and no draw yet for September.

First timer to Spectos posting trial. Been on the panel for a couple of months and I have tried asking them questions but don't get replies. So maybe you might be more helpful here.
I get a few checks to say when did you log a delivery and then claiming it wasn't in the system. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong.
Today I got a parcel with old dvd and cd in it. What am I supposed to do with it. I don't want either of them and not sure my charity shop takes dvds anymore.
How long does each posting trial last, is it 6 months then you have a resting period.
Sorry if these questions are basic but don't want to get chucked off before I finish my first session

Often have queries to confirm the date I received items, I've never had a query asking for confirmation of when I posted an item. Do you log the posting when you are near the box, so GPS active on your phone means they can track you are there? I always do this and it is the spectos preferred way.
Bin or give away the CD and DVDs.
In theory, it is 6 months until you go onto a rest period. The rest period should be for 6 months minimum. I say in theory as it isn't unknown for people to stay on the panel longer or to have shorter rest periods.
