I read the latest newsletter carefully as it says "please read closely" at the top, and it says
"We need both time and date of receipt for all items. We know this may
not always be possible, however, you must be checking your letterbox
daily to ensure received test letters are not missed. Always record them
on the day you receive them."

But then later on, "You must always"… "Enter the time items have been received to your premises."

Although they have already said they know we can't always do this.

I've never counted the RFIDs in and matched them to points posted. For 10p I can't be bothered.

Currently on resting, but earlier in the year while active, I wrote them with a list of RFID's that had not been credited - it took them a while to investigate but did eventually credit my account. Every pound helps, and if I'm doing the work for pennies, I want every last one! 😆 🤣

Thank you for your message and we hope you are well.

We are experiencing some delays in scanning the RFID tag back into the system and we are unable to check which ones have been received due to them being in a sealed envelope.

Please allow a few weeks for these to be updated. If you haven’t received the points by the end of the month please get in contact. 

We are sorry for any frustration this may have caused and thank you for your patience.

There were delays logging RFIDs last summer too. Staff holidays I presume.

I’ve been back on the panel for 4 months. I have nothing in my bundles to be received or sent on my app. I’ll be annoyed if I am being chucked off the panel early.

There does seem to be some confusion at Spectos. I was given a date, last May, for starting back on the panel, after a 12 month rest period. Nothing heard! I still get invited for Correctly Delivered and D2D surveys, though. So not completely ignored or chucked off (I hope!).

It seems this isn’t an uncommon problem… what does your account show as the status? Live/active or waiting? What was the date you were supposed to become active?

I accepted an invite once and the date rolled round and nothing happened. When I queried it, they said they never received my response, even though I definitely submitted it. I’ve since seen on here at least one other person say the same thing happened to them.

I received stamps today, with a letter saying I've passed my training phase. I got 12 x 1st and 4 x 1st large.

Where's the best place to sell them please?

And is it worth saving up for a bit first?
