The letter with the parcel should tell you what you can do with the items. If you didn't get the paper with instructions, let them know. I still have a film I keep meaning to watch before throwing it away.

I’ve just had the same email. Am just in the process of sending them an email.
Also a little confused by the mention of training as I’ve been on the panel before.
It also doesn’t give any start dates.

Wonder if it’s been sent in error?

I’ve also had the same email with no link, despite me trying on my phone, pc. I’m guessing maybe an error their end.

I've received it too. It does say if you can't see the link then try on a different browser (or similar instructions).

I can't see the link on my phone.

Someone on here the other day said they had to answer a load of questions when restarting after their rest period. I wonder if that's the training that the email refers to. I've another 52 days before my rest period is due to end so wasn't expecting an invite so soon.

Same email here - no link - three different browsers on three different devices - I think it is then not us!

Just looked at the FB group lots of people reporting the same issue. Some of whom are already active!
So I would say it’s definitely a glitch on their part.

I have had the same email and am currently active so looks like another one of their glitches

Ditto, I have also received the email with the link missing.

In my case, my test period finished a while back and I was already scheduled to restart the survey from the start of next month.
