It looks like I'm back on the live panel after a very long break. They rested me back in February 2024, then after 6 months I was on Amber, waiting for a space, been parked there for nearly a year.
However, yesterday, as I returned from work, I was greeted with a very familiar looking package! I knew straight away it was a couple of books , posted from a business. I recorded them on the app, but I'm still Amber and I've received nothing from Spectos saying I'm going live, so it's a mystery for sure!! Yes, I'm the same. came off resting last December and received a box yday with a book. Still showing as Amber on app! does this mean we are back on panel or not??

I just received an email from them, also still on Amber:

IMPORTANT- PLEASE READ BELOW

You are still currently in the "Ready" status and waiting for a space to become available in your area.

You potentially will receive an item/s over the next few weeks commencing 21st July 2025. This is due to a technical issue from planning, and should be solved by 18th August 2025.

Please log them like normal and return the RFID tag (small brown envelope) as soon as possible; that would be greatly appreciated. You will still get the points allocated to you for processing the item/s. 

Thank you for your support with the measurement, and we hope to have you back with us very soon. Keep an eye out for an invitation to take part when a space becomes available.

I also received the same email, looks like we're not back on yet then!!

I queried this a while ago and told it was a mistake and just ignore it.   

I have been ready is September 2024.  They could have least offered a book of stamps rather than some points.

This maybe helpful to those who were on holiday and the app is still on 'waiting' etc and you've been receiving items to report & send, even though you're still on wait - A message has appeared in the mailing app today:

Rather surprisingly points have been issued this morning for the survey which started on 23rd June and finished yesterday. And this survey overlapped with the one which started on 2nd June. That one we had to wait until the weds or Thurs to get points.

I'm still waiting for my stamps from going onto my rest period earlier this year. Chased them in May, was told they'd be sent in due course, emailed again at the start of this month but still nothing. Opened a new Ticket but they're ignoring that too. Total shambles.

Was it always so complicated to redeem our Spectos reward vouchers? I requested a voucher in May and couldn't see where it had gone despite requesting via the Cadooz page! I didn't know you get sent another code that you have to enter on the status link for them to send you the actual code which you then enter in another page as if you're buying a gift card. I'd tried to redeem several times over several weeks but kept getting a msg that it had already been redeemed but knew it hadn't. There was another several steps of requesting codes  i hadn't yet done. Then only after adding that last cadooz code to basket and checking out i was sent the actual code for my giftcard!!  I raised a ticket with Spectos telling them system was erroneously stating i'd already redeemed it and they said it was correct. Shows what they know! I've done it know somehow!!
it's not remotely intuitive or user friendly!!  and such a faff!! i feel it's on purpose to confuse users in the hops we abandon the process so they don't have to pay out. It's beyond secure if you get lost in concentric circles!!
Anyone else experience this or just me?

It's very complicated and I'm always relieved when I see the voucher arrive in my emails.

It’s not the easiest of systems. I sometimes put the code in, but then Don’t choose a gift card for awhile and I sometimes struggle to find out which bit of the site I’m meant to be on when I go back to it.

Got an outgoing package today (2 jiffys with stamps on).  Picked up my phone to log it and I have an urgent message asking me if I've received the package.  It was sent 24 Tracked as usual so wonder if RM had a holdup.
