    Is anyone else having problems with the app? I have tried to report CD/UA update several times this evening and it's just a blank page.

    Hmm. Could be the case for me. Though if I hadn’t reported a week’s holiday, they wouldn’t have started winding things down 2 months ahead of resting. I certainly will think twice about booking holiday again, may as well just do the received items when I get back and choose ‘I don’t know the exact date’.

    No, although there was an app update a few days ago. I would suggest checking for an app update if you haven't already done so and see if that helps:-)

    I had just had a weeks booked holiday too, I had one thing to post a few days after I came back then nothing else after that. I did still get the stamps for the 2 months so it was only the points I missed out on.

    Last app update was 08/06/25. Most problems with data entry and app speed are down to the systems at Spectos.

    Last app update was 08/06/25. Most problems with data entry and app speed are down to the systems at Spectos.
    I updated my App last week, so obviously behind the trend.......

    Thanks @Dizzycap. I gave up last night and planned to reinstall this morning, but then all back to normal when I checked first thing. Maybe the app glitching in the heat!
