Spectos/Royal Mail Monitoring and Posting Panel

Very strange it said on app yesterday to receive bundle on  14 J uly and send bundles 21st July.

However was still there first thing today bu t has now disappeared

They never advised I was back on the live panel but the items just suddenly appeared.

What is going  on!  Any ideas?

I'm still in the same boat as you, @silvercar. 

On Saturday I got my July reward stamps separately - as I haven't received a posting pack for over a month now following my holiday in May.  So they must know I still exist, but strange how they're not giving me any work to do!

If you go to 'report your time off' are the dates correct?

I noticed the same when in the app to record UA/CD yesterday but it disappeared today. I assume it was just a glitch if more than one of us.

I have exactly the same went on holiday in May and nothing to post since. I did have a few incoming letters the first week but nothing since. June and Julys stamps came in envelopes on their own.

So it would appear this a mistake.  I came off rest period last Sept 24 and nothing since other than CD/UA surveys.

Spectos said I have to wait for a vacancy in my area.

What colour was your status? If you were on Amber then most likely they added the package reference numbers to the wrong account imo. Given the July date it's possible they had to reallocate as the original participant had reported time off.

Spectos sent me a message a glitch in their system today.

I did a stupid thing today...   came in from an errand, saw on the calendar that I had a bundle to send so grabbed the mailbag and nipped out to the post office.  Only when I went to scan it in did I realise that was next week's bundle!    The app did question why I was posting ahead of the planned day...   So I've now got to go out again with today's real bundle.

I had a Saturday morning bundle a couple of weeks ago.  My local box has a last collection time of 7am on Saturday.  Now we know that we can post the night before and confirm in the app that it's because of the early collection time.  This time I actually went out after midnight and posted it at 0005 on Saturday morning.  The app queried that as well.

Points for the first survey (which technically finished yesterday but all data disappeared a week ago) added today.
