Do ALL of us have exactly the same INSTANT NEWS displayed at the same time ?

At the moment, started a few days ago, I have ....

    "Instant News
Please ALWAYS enter any test letters you receive.
Open your app, click the red button at the bottom of the screen and scan the QR code.
Please then enter the time and date you have received the test letter and pop the RFID tag (small brown envelope) into your closest postbox."

    ANYONE GOT ANYTHING DIFFERENT ?

It's just that I thought it was a "general broadcast" to the world of Mailagents ...

... because an individual message would come through as a QUERY ?

But then whilst doing a bit of "housekeeping" (checking awarded points) I found that I had been credited with returning a RFID for a test letter that I had NOT recorded as having received !!!

I've checked and can find no evidence of the item, no envelope nor letter that would have been in it.
Given I do not discard anything until the survey is 100% finished I'm certain that it never arrived.

So a bit ODD that NO QUERY for this "ERROR" but that Instant News was suggested not recording a test letter.

Anyone else had 10 points awarded for an RFID they never received/returned ?
Instant news is the same for everyone. Just coincidence for you.

Yes I occasionally get 10 points for one I have never received which balances out for the ones returned that never get credited

I have also received the 10 points before I have even returned the RFID

The instant news seems to be randomly generated by computer,  similar to notices on motorways,  like "check your tyres", etc and lose affect after a while.  I no longer takes the notices personally.

With RFID's I make a note of them on the sheet with the date, time and post box (yes, I vary them) then mark  once points have been received.  Not had a problem, so far.

I've been resting since the start of May but this week they credited me with 10 points for returning a transponder.
As far as I knew I didn't have anything outstanding.

Just out of curiosity, can I ask how many times you are getting enough points to cash in for a voucher in your active stint. Wondering if everyone gets the same or some much more than others. Obviously going on holiday makes a difference while active.

I usually get 2 on a full 6 month stint.

I'll probably just about get one this stint. I've not got time to get anywhere near two.
Edit: I just looked back at dates and see this stint has been 4 months so far (I thought it had been longer) and I've nearly completed one voucher, but things have slowed down so much I won't get far into a second.

Thanks for the replies.  I've realised I can scroll further back on the app and can see my accumulated points / cash ins.  My last stint was only just shy of 5 months long and I got 3 vouchers - but that included completing all survey's I was offered.  Interesting the differences.

Not very impressed with Spector I had very strongly worded email advising me the importance of logging items in a timely manner and advised an item posted over a week by the sender has still not been logged.

Well for are start as soon as an item is received it is logged the same day.  Also the item in discussion was not delivered until today.  It’s not fault RM takes a week to deliver a first class item.  Also it’s completely wrong to assume the issue is with logging agent.
