    @dadsma vanquishes DCB Legal and the Zulu football thug, kicking out their futile chasing of a ticket for a car he no longer owned - sold 6 months prior. No prospect of winning (other than a judgment in default - their business model, do doubt?). Predictable - this is what I said 18 months ago:
    Wally Wilkins, little capacity to see beyond his need to bully motorists into submission, taking their payment to get him off their backs. 
    Moved from football thuggery to the parking version. Easier pickings with a lesser risk of a kicking!
    Like with all bullies continue standing up to him, he'll eventually run away. 🏃‍♂️
