    The rate of discontinuations is rising :) ... was 8 per week, now averaging 11.5 per week. (16 for the first two weeks, and now a further 22 in 9 days).

    This time Elite Parking Management aided and abetted by DCB Legal, who constantly demonstrate that they seem to be running their generic parking cases handled by a call centre team of 12 year olds with template letters and very little clue.

    That's what it looks like, anyway.

    On this forum at least, DCB Legal are considered less than 'elite' in their dubious legal niche field and are clearly hearing-shy.

    Solicitor poster @troublemaker22 thinks they could even meet the high bar as vexatious litigants.

    The MOJ fails to protect the public against this abuse

    This needs complete exposure, we have enough media outlets to advise

    At the moment ITV are top dog for exposing the Post Office scandal and government is running around in circles trying to fix something that should have been fixed years ago.
    Apart from the newspapers, we have other TV channels and radio who could investigate what must be known as the DCBL SCANDAL

    An unusual DCB Legal / Nexus discontinuation has just come in from FB.
    D had never received the PCN and Nexus for some reason refused to send a copy, but she hadn't actually sent a SAR.
    Court papers received. I wrote the defence for her.
    SAR sent.
    Nexus have now instructed DCB Legal to discontinue because the unreceived PCN was apparently sent in Welsh.
    The D lives in Durham!!
