May I add another one UKPC double dip at a McDonalds which DCBLegal pushed on with but unsurprisingly discontinued 10 days before the Witness Statement was due. Do you think they have over extended themselves?

The sad and tragic thing is they are both BPA members and not only that, they are both on the BPA "council of representatives"

Can I just ask a question with regard to my notice of discontinuation if anyone knows? I wasn’t sure where to put my question so if it’s the wrong place I apologise. I called the court today to confirm that the case had been discontinued and he said it had because it was “settled before court”. I know it doesn’t matter so much now because my case is over and that’s what I wanted, but it wasn’t settled. I fully defended the claim. Why would they use this reason? Or is that normal language for this scenario?
