    As above. A more complicated case beyond the standard unpaid PCN leading to the PPC suing via DCB Legal. Details in the thread link below. Still, we'll count it!  Justice has prevailed. Warra ya know! 😊

    Discontinuation of a ParkingEye claim issued by DCB Legal. This was handled privately using the standard template defence. By the time I became involved the defendant was 9 days past their defence due date but DCB Legal had failed to notice and the defence was submitted before they could press the button.

    I can tell from the KF in the claim number that it is DCB Legal.  No wonder they discontinued, faced with a hearing at Southampton Court!
