Is the email for the N180 ccbc@justive.gov.uk and cc the opposition into the email? Is it easier to complete the online form or scan and email the paper version?

Continue to follow that checklist that guided you to filing a Defence.

Items 8, 9 and 10 on that checklist answer those questions.

Update on this one:

In the last week have received two emails from DCB raising the question of settlement titled WITHOUT PREJUDICE SAVE AS TO COSTS.

You already know not to respond and that your next job relating to your case will be your witness statement, which will cause DCBLegal to discontinue.

The Government has a Call for Evidence open right now.

We are wanting photos of unmanaged car parks, Hospital car park signs near you that show £50 or £60 as the deterrent, and Aldi, Asda, Tesco or Sainsburys £70 signs please.

Update on this case - we have received the Notice of Transfer of Proceedings.

UPDATE - received an email this morning offering to settle the case for £180. Moments later post arrived with Notice of Allocation to the Small Claims Track letter. Date is set for 19th February but the settlement offer has thrown me. I am assuming we will definitely be going to court now - does this seem accurate?

Update on this one - I have received the discontinuation notice from DCBL by email. Had not even got around to submitting the WS and evidence yet - I had drafted my WS a couple of nights ago and was looking to screenshoot/scan the relevant exhibits tonight.
