Cwor blimey, @Cwor has despatched UKPC and DCB Legal. Plenty to crow about. 🐦⬛225

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

DCB legal letter of discontinuation received by email today for a UKPC 'left site' charge received in 2019. A win for the forum and thanks for your help2

I'll let @Umkomaas update the counter.Jenni x2 -
Another trumped up UKPC/DCB Legal leaving the site attempt to part @Physiobro from his money goes in the discontinuation bin. No fizz for Christmas for the dismal duo from this bro! 🍾. @Tommcp21 has had to deal with over 4 years of money-grabbing garbage from UKPC and latterly DCB Legal over parking in front of his own residence. He followed forum advice and rode out the stress to see the dismal duo revert to type when a predictable discontinuation followed a robust defence. Appalling pair of no-ticks!228

@Greenhoff starts the new year off with the first recorded UKPC/DCB Legal discontinuation of 2024. The dismal duo have been forced to **** hoff when faced with a determined motorist, supported by a formidable forum. Happy New Year (not) sad chancers!229

Up next, is @AyeDubbleYoo's UKPC/DCB Legal case. Finding this discontinuation thread encouraging, seems to have given him the determination and resilience to fend off this dismal duo, seeing this through to a successful, discontinuation conclusion.First of all thanks to this forum, in particular the discontinuations thread, for making me confident that my case was following a pattern that would eventually end in a victory.
Aye aye, dubbleyoo, you've seen off these two!

Another two incoming from over on FB (handled by one of my colleagues over there rather than myself)
No.1 was a "Driver leaving site" allegation but the poor UKPC victim didn't leave site and had various receipts to prove same. Did UKPC care? Not at all.
A concise WS saw the dastardly duo off!4 -
And No 2 was a not parked in a marked bay job, but my colleague marked their card and off they popped!!
