The dismal duo dragged up another case from 2019. The lady was frightened but stood her ground. She was prepared to see them in court in January, but as is their woeful wont they pulled out when the trial fee was due!

Thanks @Solihillers, the brave lady has outsmarted the bully boys.  But I bet they're traumatising hundreds more into paying their evil demands, with a likely onslaught of claims this month to add extra pressure at Christmas. We see it every year. 

Anyway, your lady's case is discontinuation number (3 little ducks}

And another one today. Peace over Christmas for @Vikom04, now shot of the crap from UKPC and DCB Legal following their latest, shameful discontinuation stunt!  Welcome Vikom, latest member of the discontinuation thread ..... but I'm sure there's many more cases to list here before the year's out.

Looks like DCB Legal are clearing their no hopers before Xmas. A Highview case from FB with no keeper's liability didn't even make it long enough to pay the hearing fee or submit witness statement. They offered to settle for £150 a few days ago which was gracefully declined.  I think that's number......

I think we need a link to the case please. We really need to have an audit trail if the thread is to be used by the DLUHC and/or the MoJ as evidence.  If you can provide that I'll add a revised number to it. Thanks for reporting this, but I'm aiming for all cases in the thread to be fully authenticated.
