Hi, I’ve been scrolling for help as my hearing date is the 23rd of Jan and I have not yet received my discontinuation email/letter! Very stressed and anxious as I have a feeling they will be taking the matter to court 😞 how can I check if the court fee has been paid?

I’ve emailed the courts but will also try and call again tomorrow first thing. 

DCB haven’t sent me anything so I guess they’ve also not submitted their evidence file across to me the same way I haven’t sent mine. 

Messaged @troublemaker22 so hoping I can get some assistance with it quite soon so I don’t have this looming over me at the worst possible time.

I requested via email to see the questions asked in the survey and the breakdown of answers per region from BPA, but they refused to provide any information on their magical survey. I can only assume their 'survey' was entirely made up in a feeble attempt to say the British public enjoy being terrorised by PPCs.

@porridgestation did you ask Walnut Unlimited the same questions? I've done a few of their surveys but sadly not the BPA one.

Apparently BPA are to be reveal more on this survey in the Feb edition of the Parking News.

"Case discontinued- Called the courts today and confirmed. DCB legal didn’t bother to notify me nor pay the hearing fee.

Cannot believe that shambolic companies like them that claim they’re a ‘legal’ agency, waste Court time like this.
