Another one from a Facebook group that I assisted with, another "driver left site" case where Defendant had outed themselves previously in first appeal and had failed POPLA.
Defendant arrived at retail park, parked car, While calling their daughter, went to stand on the pavement to wave at daughter who was walking to the location. Returned to retail park and ate at a restaurant. Receipt provided in evidence.
WS was due today, filed this morning. Discontinuance received by court about 3 hours later.
Hearing fee wasn't due yet.

When I get my hearing date how can I mention this thread to the judge? I want to take my laptop to the hearing and keep this link open and scroll through the pages to show them what these scammers are doing to people0

Unless you have some reference in your defence plus an expansion in your WS, you won't be able to raise it in court.
