Unfortunately your claims and statements really don't help anyone nor do they have much factual substance0 -

Umkomaas said:@hyperlime's case must have been one of DCB Legal's first ParkingEye jobs taken on, originally reported here back in February this year. Despite there being 4 PCNs in play, with ~£800 being claimed, true to form, DCB Legal discontinue against a robust defendant. Further, seems to prove that PE were offloading 'hopeless' cases to DCBL where they had little appetite/likely chance success in pursuing themselves. Add the fact that this was a case pursued against one of Barnet Hospital's very own staff, one might understand PE's reluctance to risk the adverse publicity coming their way should they have done this themselves. Brave, Billy Big Bowlocks, or what? 💪195

A rather more complicated case than the usual UKPC/DCB Legal discontinuation, with OP @remzeh1 being totally messed about by them, a default judgment, a CCJ, and forced to get that set aside with a £275 bill to pay. Please read the thread for the detail, but in short, set aside granted, UKPC to reimburse the £275 set aside fee, but the OP had to produce a Defence for the 4 ticket claim for simply parking at his residence. Solid Defence produced, causing the deadly duo to, once again as usual, run away with their tails between their legs.196The double century rapidly approaching! 💯 + 💯Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I've got another one for you from the FB group in which I assist.
5 year old UKPC case.
BB forgotten to be displayed. Store promised that they would get it cancelled when it was shown to them later.
Store went bust, new occupants not interested.
Dastardly DCB Legal tried it on, but we stood up to them and they've pulled out one week before court.5 -

There was no mention of the PPC in the original thread (but I'm guessing UKPC?), but whichever it was, having DCB Legal represent them in a case being defended with help from the forum, this was going only one way. @Waldo3, despite doing all this whilst working abroad, and suffering some hospitalisation, successfully broke the backs of these monkeys! Unluckily the discontinuation is just one spot off the next big milestone number.199

Confirmation from OP - the PPC was not the one I guessed (UKPC), rather, Close Unit Protection Services (CUPS). If anyone researches the deep background of some of the PPCs we come across, many are closely linked to activities associated with door staff, protection, martial arts, boxing, criminality and other similar quasi violence involvement! Says it all I'm afraid. Where there's muck money, there's brass muscle! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. Close Unit Protection Services Ltd should have read this forum first and in particular the DCBL discontinuation thread
It's all like "fools and horses"1
